The article's intro is completely misleading.

[edit]

Although, the arcade version shares its name with the home versions, they're not really identical games. Jonny2x4 05:16, 30 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Talk with developer

This is some talk on forum with one of the developers;

Maybe someone can update this wikipedia-entry using the information provided on that forum?

Wrong

[edit]

This article reads part-article, part-game guide. This should be fixed, and many sections should be outright deleted. - Mtmelendez (Talk|UB|Home) 14:26, 17 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The game is named Street Fighter: The Movie, the film is titled Street Fighter. The film's page is Street Fighter (film), so there shouldn't be a problem JohnnyMrNinja

This article has been renamed from Street Fighter: The Movie (video game) to Street Fighter: The Movie as the result of a move request. --Stemonitis 07:29, 4 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Two sections

[edit]

I think there should be two sections to this article. One covering the arcade game and the other home version. Jonny2x4 (talk) 18:39, 29 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Article split

[edit]

I still considering splitting the article into two, seeing how Street Fighter: The Movie game released on home consoles is nothing like the arcade version. Hell, even All About Capcom Head-to-Head Fighting Games consider them to be separate games, listing Real Battle on Film (the PS/Saturn version in Japan) in the "Consumer Originals" section of the book.
