A fact from Sue Sarafian Jehl appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 14 June 2013 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows:
Did you know... that Sue Sarafian Jehl(pictured), who served as Dwight Eisenhower's personal assistant, said the famous general believed women made efficient officers?
As I found the split of the WW2 service confusing (I can see why it was done, but it didn't read well), I've merged this into a single chronological section. Nick-D (talk) 11:58, 14 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
The graphics for the Good Conduct Medal and the Presidential Unit Citation on the main page appear to reference the US Marine Corps ribbons, not the US Army versions. While I am a US Army veteran, I readily confess to not being knowledgeable on the topic of the WAACs. But as a member of the WAAC, would not Sarafian have received the Army versions of those decorations, rather than the USMC versions? 72.0.15.8 (talk) 15:02, 14 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
