Don't delete this
[edit]Lemme finish. Tahar is one of the greatest gator wrestlers of all time. OF ALL TIME. Thanks, Starblueheather.
- Provide some sources to support notability or it will be deleted. -- Mufka (u) (t) (c) 23:37, 17 October 2009 (UTC)
I'm reading through Wikipedia:Criteria_for_speedy_deletion#A7 and it rather clearly says "This is distinct from verifiability and reliability of sources, and is a lower standard than notability." Thanks, Starblueheather. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Starblueheather (talk • contribs) 23:41, 17 October 2009 (UTC)
- You still have to support notability. CSD A7 says, "the criterion [[does apply if the claim of significance or importance given is not credible." I don't get a sense of credibility from this article. References would help a lot. Erielhonan 00:00, 18 October 2009 (UTC)
It would seem you two don't know much of anything at all about gator wrestling? If that's the case, maybe you all should worry about something you know some more things about and stop threatening to delete my article on perhaps the greatest gator wrestler ever. Thanks, Starblueheather. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Starblueheather (talk • contribs) 00:08, 18 October 2009 (UTC)
- I am guessing you are right. I know for a fact that I know not much about the topic beyond the basics, and I'm going to postulate that it's not a widely known subject area. That's why contexualizing this article with references is necessary. Otherwise there's no way to verify the credibility of the content. Erielhonan 01:15, 18 October 2009 (UTC)
- I found this news story that mentions the world record. It will need more support, but at least it is not speedy-able. -- Mufka (u) (t) (c) 01:29, 18 October 2009 (UTC)
What happened to the history of this article???
[edit]I was just looking at it, now it looks like someone deleted it? Why are you still doing this? What is your problem?! Thanks, Starblueheather. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Starblueheather (talk • contribs) 01:30, 18 October 2009 (UTC)
AND THANKS AGAIN
[edit]Now I just lost two paragraphs I wrote over at Tahar (gator wrestler) because someone deleted that too. Could you just knock it off? I thinK i can handle writing this article without you screwing it up any further. Thanks, Starblueheather. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Starblueheather (talk • contribs) 01:32, 18 October 2009 (UTC)
COULD ONE OF YOU PLEASE UNDELETE WHAT YOU'VE DELETED?
[edit]That would be splendid. I lost two paragraphs over at Tahar (gator wrestler) and about a zillion early versions of this article that are now missing from the history. PLEASE UNDELETE THESE THANK YOU. Starblueheather —Preceding unsigned comment added by Starblueheather (talk • contribs) 01:55, 18 October 2009 (UTC)
