Texas Aggies

Yes, Texas A&M owns the word mark “Texas Aggies” in order to differentiate them from the dozenish other schools that use “Aggie” as a nickname. But no human being will ever use that phrase outside the context of the Fightin' Texas Aggie Band. It is utterly disingenuous to insist that “The teams are also referred to as…‘Texas Aggies’ ”.
