Time War
[edit]>> Eve alludes to the Time War, which is what destroyed her species.
Isn't this just a speculation?
For now, I marked it as "citation needed".
Primaler (talk) 00:16, 24 October 2009 (UTC)
- Strictly speaking, it is speculation unless there is an official explicit statement. However, anyone familiar with the broader Doctor Who narrative recognises that the Time War is what is discussed. See WP:These are not original research#Works of fiction.--Jeffro77 (talk) 01:56, 24 October 2009 (UTC)
David Tennant cameo
[edit]Is there really one ? Or is it just DT in the trailer for the next episode ? Hektor (talk) 15:56, 24 October 2009 (UTC)
- No there were scenes showing DT opening the TARDIS, it will probably be used in the next episode since it was Sarah Jane's future. W93 (talk) 22:38, 24 October 2009 (UTC)
- Technically, it's just file footage of a future episode (that has already been filmed). Tennant does not actually do anything that is unique to this episode.--Jeffro77 (talk) 01:42, 25 October 2009 (UTC)
Picture
[edit]Why is there a picture for the other SJA episodes and the one for this episode featuring Eve has been deleted ??? Hektor (talk) 09:16, 5 November 2009 (UTC)
- The fair use people didn't think that the picture fell under fair use. DonQuixote (talk) 15:23, 5 November 2009 (UTC)
- That is something I don't understand ; that's all of them or none of them. Not some of them. Hektor (talk) 18:53, 5 November 2009 (UTC)
- Er... no. It is considered on a case-by-case basis. — Edokter • Talk • 21:29, 5 November 2009 (UTC)
- I am not subtle enough. So why is a picture of a Judoon ok and a picture of a red-skin alien girl not ??? Hektor (talk) 22:34, 5 November 2009 (UTC)
- A red-skinned girl is pretty easy to imagine even without a picture. It's a girl. With red skin. The concept of Judoon is a bit more difficult to convey accurately without an image, 'humanoid rhinos' doesn't convey the image of a Judoon as accurately as does 'red-skinned girl' for, well, a red-skinned girl.--Jeffro77 (talk) 22:48, 5 November 2009 (UTC)
- And the Doctor interrupting a wedding is impossible to imagine without a picture ? Whao, that's what I call nuance. Hektor (talk) 11:29, 6 November 2009 (UTC)
- Sheesh. If you think it's not fair use, then either do something about it or stop whining. If you disagree with a fair-use decision, go to the people who made the decision. There is no point complaining about their decision here.--Jeffro77 (talk) 15:09, 6 November 2009 (UTC)
- I don't have a clue of how to access to the deletion log of this image, and therefore how to talk to the brainiacs who made this decision. Hektor (talk) 15:14, 6 November 2009 (UTC)
- The image was deleted on 2 November 2009, 10:15, by MBisanz with the reason of WP:CSD#F4 ('No licencing information supplied.') Utopia
[edit]Regarding clips from the old series, I remember that you can hear sound clips from previous incarnations of the Master in "Utopia". So this would be the third use, and not the second. Hektor (talk) 09:49, 6 March 2010 (UTC)
