Untitled
[edit]Should there be a colon in the title, as in "The Sims: Livin' Large"? Or is it intended to run together, as a shortened form of "the sims are livin' large"? Everyking 22:41, 9 Mar 2005 (UTC)
Copyvio or advertising
[edit]The recent additions are either copyvio or blatant advertising. They are written in the first person to the reader (e.g. "We looked high and low for the best skins that we could find (outside of Maxis), and included them in Livin' Large. These skins are hot!"). Perhaps these additions are coming from some promotional material. Please stop adding promotional material to this article. shotwell 07:00, 12 December 2006 (UTC)
Cleanup of Article
[edit]I've attempted some cleanup of the article, trying to remove much of the "advertisment" and informal tone. JONJONAUG 23:26, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
North American release date
[edit]"The Sims (video game)#Livin' Large" states that the North American release date was August 31, 2000, whereas this page states that the release date was August 27, 2000. Which page is correct? Nicole Sharp (talk) 03:19, 31 March 2016 (UTC)
Live action promotional videos
[edit]There used to be live action promotional videos, with actors playing the genie, clown and reaper. Doubt anyone will ever be able to find them. 97.95.217.49 (talk) 02:42, 9 March 2017 (UTC)

Guinea pig virus
[edit]The guinea pig virus got a lot of media attention, as it was an unwritten feature that scared users of the game as their sims were dropping dead and didn't know why, and I think the article needs more info on it. It got mainstream media coverage, including The New York Times, which I've added as a citation. There's definitely a lot more sources about this out there though.
