[edit]Diksha, What can I say, but wow! You are as perfect as always. I like that table. Prof. Berik suggested that I use a table on my Nancy Folbre page, but I wasn’t sure how to do it. Looks great. Organization is nice . . . broken down into small chunks. I know when I read pages like this, if I see a really long section, I tend to skip it. Nice job.
Only criticism I can think of is the last section called “Success story”. After everything else that you’ve said, it just seems awful sad to have such a tiny section on “success”. Seems very discouraging. Marsge01 (talk) 02:41, 13 December 2012 (UTC)
A few suggestions
[edit]The article is very well-written and clearly organized. Some general suggestions: 1) The time dimension of the research you cite has to be made clear. And always give the year or decade(s) (rather than saying "recently" or "in the last two decades") 2) The macroeconomic policies recommended for and implemented in SSA and their implications for the agricultural small producers, in particular subsistence or small scale farmers, should be discussed. In its current form the problem/the solution appears to be lack of attention to women by policy makers. 3) feminist economics integration could be stronger.BerikG (talk) 05:29, 17 December 2012 (UTC)
