I'm a Toronto area TTC rider, but not a VIVA rider (so you get my context); The second paragraph about the stop being considered part of York Region isn't exactly clear. Can someone clarify this paragraph of the article? Without reading other articles, I don't know how 'being considered part of York region' affects the service. What is the consequence of it being considered so? And as for the TCC conflict? That is a bit unclear as well. Were people taking the orange line FROM Downsview to York? is that the conflict? or from York to Downsview? both? The paragraph just needs clarity, and I don't have the required information to do so.
