References[edit]

Refs and notes are kind of non-standard. I have taken a first pass at standardizing. However, the unnumbered references seem like they are specific enough that they should be citations. Specifically, the Zoo Authority link states that it is a ref for all unpaired animals and animal deaths. OK, that means it should be cited and there should be an inline citation at each of those locations. With a quick reading, I could not find any. If someone can point out the locations, I can add the citations. And, the link is broken (though I left it for now because I can't seem to get the site database to spit up any information).
