Changchun Dafangshen Airport[edit]

Created by Zanhe (talk). Self-nominated at 04:18, 4 October 2018 (UTC).

  • Hi Zanhe, review follows: Article created 3 October; article exceeds minimum length; article is well written and cited inline throughout to reliable sources; no copyright violation from the English language source; AGF on the Chinese source; hook is interesting and mentioned in the article, AGF that the Chinese source supports it; QPQ has been done. Looks good to me - Dumelow (talk) 13:27, 4 October 2018 (UTC)
  • Personally, I do not consider it sufficiently interesting that the airport was damaged. Considered military targets, airports are typically targeted for damage during wars, so it's not particularly surprising. I instead recommend the following alternatives. Catrìona (talk) 03:54, 11 October 2018 (UTC)
ALT1: ... that Changchun Dafangshen Airport was controlled by four different armed forces within less than a year?
ALT2':... that four different armies controlled Changchun Dafangshen Airport between August 1945 and May 1946?
@Catrìona: Thanks for proposing the ALTs, which are indeed more interesting than my own. @Dumelow: would you mind reviewing the new hooks? Thanks in advance. -Zanhe (talk) 04:48, 11 October 2018 (UTC)
  • . The article supports the proposed alts. Happy to AGF that the Chinese source does also - Dumelow (talk) 06:37, 11 October 2018 (UTC)
