Donald Trump baby balloon

[edit]

Converted from a redirect by Pigsonthewing (talk). Nominated by Gerda Arendt (talk) at 10:00, 18 July 2018 (UTC).

  • There's a close-up image available: File:Trump Baby Balloon.jpg (although it's currently, and rather bogusly, nominated for deletion - well worth a quick read). If that won't suffice I'd be happy to crop this one for you, Gerda. nagualdesign 23:35, 18 July 2018 (UTC)
Please crop (on the right and on top), - I want to show the parliament and people, or would have to say how big it is. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 06:06, 19 July 2018 (UTC)
Found a cropped version, using that for the moment. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 07:14, 19 July 2018 (UTC)
Found another which may fit even better. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 18:06, 21 July 2018 (UTC)
Please change to read "...was flown in London's Parliament Square (pictured) and Edinburgh's The Meadows?" --- Coffeeandcrumbs 21:10, 21 July 2018 (UTC)
Well, I thought Parliament has a political ring to it, and meadows rather not, but here you go:
ALT1: ... that the Donald Trump baby balloon was flown on London's Parliament Square (pictured) and Edinburgh's The Meadows? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 21:16, 21 July 2018 (UTC)
I admit it is a personal opinion. Best left to the promoter to choose.
The article is new enough and long enough. Both hooks are hooky, short enough (< 115 characters), and well sourced. The article has no other sourcing issues. It also has no copyright and close paraphrasing issues. Earwig's only flags quotes. Article still meets length criterion without quotes. The image contains a proper license, is used in the article and is clearly visible even at 100px. QPQ is done. Both hooks are ready for the promoter to choose from. I prefer ALT1 which gives Ediburgh and the Scots equal billing. The nominator prefers the original since The Meadows is not related to politics.--- Coffeeandcrumbs 22:22, 21 July 2018 (UTC)
