As of January 1, 2014, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) reported 421,971 members in 70 stakes and 37 districts, 792 congregations (481 wards[1] and 360 branches[1]), 12 missions, and one temple in Argentina.[2]

History

The LDS Church began in Argentina in 1925 with the establishment of the South American mission by apostle Melvin J. Ballard.
