The Wych Elm cultivar Ulmus glabra 'Latifolia Nigricans' was described by Pynaert in Tijdschr. Boomtelt 58. 1879.

Description

Pynaert described the tree as "very vigorous, the leaves being large and of a dark tint".[1]
