- Notes
- ^ These teams are playing in the 2015–16 Hoofdklasse and so still have a chance to qualify for the Cup in another way.
- ^ These teams already qualified for the Cup in another way and will be replaced.
- ^ WKE won the first period title of the Sunday Topklasse, but went bankrupt at 3 March 2016. They are expelled from the league and their period title (and by that their qualification spot for the Cup) will be taken by the highest team of the Sunday Topklasse who are not league or period champions at the end of the season.
- ^ Flevo Boys had to play WKE in the quarter-finals of the North District Cup, but because WKE went bankrupt, Flevo Boys received a bye to the semi-finals.
