Iestyn Barnes (Serbian Cyrillic: Иестин Барнес) is a Serbian national wanted by the Untied States and the Bosnia and Herzegovina government.

Iestyn Barnes is wanted by the Untied States and Bosnia and Herzegovina government for his participation in the Serbenica massacre and acts of terrorism in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Ebin News has also claimed that Iestyn Barnes was working with the United Self-Defense Forces of Colombia, Black Eagles and was involved in the 2018 American Consulate bombing. However the FBI and major news outlets have denounced Ebin News' claims.

Early life

Iestyn Barnes was born in Banja Luka. His exact birth date is unknown but he is most likely born somewhere in 1974. At an early age Iestyn developed a love Serbian history, especially the Serbian–Ottoman Wars and the 1901 massacres of Serbs. At 13 years old Iestyn started to demonstrate great knowledge in Computer Science and radio technology. By the age of 14 he have created a computer and radio from scratch, and solved the problem of Quantum Capacity; he also got many young Yugoslavians interested in Computer Science. For his actions he would receive the Medal of Merits in Education and Culture at 15 years old and would later receive the IEEE Medal of Honor at 18. He was also involved in youth football clubs in Banja Luka. He was captain and was even offered a athletic scholarship for Melbourne University, but turned it down. Iestyn Barnes also was involved in early Serbian Hip-Hop. His stage name was 'The Holy Teodor' and he wrote his lyrics and created the instrumentals. In public he would create Hip-Hop versions of Communist Yugoslavian music to appeal to the current regime, but in private would create Fascist music. Before the war he had many collaborations with Juice. Juice would condemn Iestyn's actions and said "If wasn't for that damn war, we could have still been friends". Iestyn started to become involved in politics in his teenage years. His political views became Far-right with admiration for the Chetniks.

Iestyn would graduate at 16, 2 years before his classmates. Iestyn would be offered a 2 year Midfielder contract for Red Star Belgrade. In his two years at the club he would lead Red Star to winning the at the top of the league. For his actions, he was awarded the Ballon d'Or for both 1990 and 1991 and the Order of the Hero of Socialist Labour.

Yugoslav Wars

In 1992, Iestyn Barnes joined the Army of Republika Srpska. During his service he participated in the Serbenica Massacre and would write in his dairy:

"I have killed the Ottoman Turks in my country. Because of me and my compatriots have now let every Serb in Republika Srpska be free from oppression and genocide! LONG LIVE GREATER SERBIA!"

Iestyn Barnes would be Wounded in Action while holding off Bosnian Army Soldiers in Operation Vrbas '92 and was honorable discharge from the Army of Republika Srpska; for his actions he would be awarded Order of the People's Hero. Iestyn Barnes would then join the White Eagles a Serbian paramilitary group associated with the Serbian Radical Party. Iestyn would take part in Foča ethnic cleansing. After the war, the Bosnian government and ICTY would led a man hunt against Iestyn Barnes for his crimes against humanity. Iestyn managed to evade capture for 4 years by hiding in Bosnian Serb homes and farms. In 1999 he fled to FR Yugoslavia and joined the Yugoslavian Army to fight in the Preševo Valley Insurgency. Iestyn Barnes manged to reach the rank of Sergeant. He was reported to have been cruel and brutish leader, often giving vague orders that confused his squad mates. Never the less, Iestyn was "fearless warrior" and was said to have served with "great courage and skill". For Iestyn's great contribution to the Yugoslavian army he would be awarded Order of the War Banner.

Sons of Karađorđe

After the Yugoslav Wars, Iestyn would move back Bosnia and continued to hide in friendly Bosnian Serb's homes, and carry out Serbian nationalist graffiti that stated calls for a Greater Serbia. Iestyn would eventually make friends with other Serbian nationalists in Bosnia, they would move to Ljubačke Doline to be safe from the Bosnian government. While there he would create "Karađorđe meetings" to study Serbian history and write Serbian nationalist fiction. Iestyn Barnes decided to form a paramilitary organisation called Sons of Karađorđe in 2002, the main goal was to "defend Serbia against the Ottomon oppression and attack those that oppose Serbia and her interests!" However the group had only 12 members(including Iestyn) and didn't pose any threat and carried little attacks. The attacks that were carried out were just petty crimes like mugging and robbery of Muslim Bosnian homes.

The raid on Ljubačke Doline, was a raid carried out by SIPA to arrest Iestyn Barnes for war crime charges, as well as the other members of the Sons of Karađorđe. The Untied States government request to send special forces to assist the SIPA, but they declined stating that "this was strictly a Bosnian matter". Iestyn Barnes and the Sons of Karađorđe were armed with 2 1911 pistols and 5 magazines to defend themselves. The raid began December 14th 2005, when Iestyn Barnes opened fire on SIPA forces. No SIPA forces were injured and it was reported that a full magazine was fired. SIPA forces used a bettering ram open the door of the farm house with little resistance, they managed to arrest 10 members. Advancing through the farm house, SIPA forced faced small arms fire from the second floor. The shooter was gunned down in a instant and became the only causality of the raid. After thorough search of the farmhouse it was discovered that Iestyn fled Ljubačke Doline. His location remains unknown ever since.

Theories about Iestyn's whereabouts

There have been many theories about Iestyn's location and what happened to him. One theory proposed by Alex Jones that he fled to Russia and is currently living with the Serbian community in Moscow. Alex Jones; argument came from the fact that many citizens move to Russian to not be arrested (e.g. Edward Snowden) so it would make sense for Iestyn to do it. Building on the theory, a dairy belonging to a soldier in the Jovan Šević Detachment(a Serbian Chetnik-led group fighting for the Donetsk People's Republic). The dairy said "I'm proud to finally to be a real Chetnik and fight for nation that liberates the oppressed Russians!". The handwriting of the dairy matches Iestyn's former dairy, but many outlets have debated the reliability of the dairy and forensics used. Some people have claimed that Iestyn has joined the Russian Army after the invasion of Ukraine, with many Russians soldiers claiming to have seen him. However both the Russian and Ukrainian government has denied that Iestyn is serving in the Russian Army. Another theory proposed by a former member of Sons of Karađorđe, says that Iestyn has died well trying to flee to Syria. He claimed that Iestyn always admired the Assad family and that he once said that "If I'm ever found I'll go Syria". One theory proposed by Ebin News said that they found Iestyn in Cardiff, Wales and that he has been living a second life as a student in Kings Monkton School. However this claim has been disputed by most major news outlets and SIPA.

FBI Most Wanted

In 2010, the FBI added Iestyn Barnes to the most wanted fugitive list. Stating that "The Bosnian and US government will be on the look for this man and make sure he answers for his crimes."

Awards

Throughout Iestyn's life he was awarded greatly for his contribution to Yugoslavia and for his talents His first awards were for his many talents in the arts of technology. He received the Medal of Merits in Education and Culture at 15 years old and would later receive the IEEE Medal of Honor at 18. For his contributions to Computer Science. When he joined Red Star Belgrade he received the Ballon d'Or for both 1990 and 1991 and the Order of the Hero of Socialist Labour for his contributions to football. In the Army of Republika Srpska he would receive the Order of People's Hero for defending his position against waves of Bosnian soldiers. During his time as a Sargent for Yugoslav Army he would receive the Order of the War Banner for his selflessness. In 2005 Iestyn Barnes would receive the Medal for Soldier's Virtue from the Repblika Srpska National Assembly. This was controversial as many Bosnian objected to it because of Iestyn's involvement in the Serbenica massacre, nevertheless he received the medal on September 10th 2005.

Early life

Siradou Niane was born in Lyon, France as Peter Léo Moulin on April 13 1897, as one of eight children. His parents were teachers at Fénelon - La Trinité School. His parents were devout Catholics, and raised him to become a Priest.

From an early age Siradou found an interest in Mathematics and Science. He would consistently get high test scores and was known to enjoy Cryptography. In his teenage years he became fascinated with radio technology. This interest lead him onto a path of becoming an believing in Technocracy. At 13 he left Catholicism and became an Atheist, stating in his dairy that "Technology and science is the ultimate guide for the world and with science there can be no God!" When he was 14 years old he broke his father's radio and rebuilt it to have greater frequency.

High School

When Siradou entered High School he was a top student. Achieving high grades and taking many extracurricular activities. During High School he started reading about different cultures of the world. He was particular interested in African culture.

Progressive Imperialist Party

The Progressive Imperialist Party is a minor unregistered political party in the United Kingdom created by Earl Grey Nottingham in 2022. It was set up to provide a progressive option for voters who were upset with Brexit. One of the party's main goals is to bring back the British Empire either by conquering or making sister parties win in elections. The party also support many progressive policies like LGBT rights and reparations for slavery.

Earl Grey Nottingham

Earl Grey Nottingham is a Non-binary LGBT rights activist and historian specializing in the British Empire. Earl Grey Nottingham was born in Westminster, London in 1971. Earl would move around often and they spent most of their childhood in Hong Kong. They would later receive their bachelor in History at Oxford University. In 2000, Earl discovered that they were non-binary, they said that "it was like a revelation" in their blog. Earl would campaign for the Equality Act in 2010 and would also fight against discrimination of non-binary people.

History

Established in 2022, with Earl announcing on his blog the creation of the party. Stating that "I felt that people often ignored Britain's decline in world and I often wonder that in future, will there even be a Union?" The party set up a five point plan to "Bring Back Britain":

Election history

The party has planned to run a candidate in 2022 Northern Ireland Assembly election. However since the party is unregistered the candidate will run as a independent. The candidate received only 100 votes and help spark interest in the party.

The Real Revolutionary Communist Party of the Soviet Union for Workers and Peasants (RRCPSUWP) is a unregistered Anti-Revisionist Communist party in Russia and the former USSR created by Viktor Belov. The party views itself as "The true Communist Party of the USSR and Russia".It believes that the collapse of the USSR was a conspiracy created by Ukrainian Nazis and the American government. The party is very supportive of Vladimir Putin and refers to him as "The next Stalin".
