The Conservative and Unionist Party is contesting in England, Scotland, and Wales. The party is standing aside in Chorley for Speaker Lindsay Hoyle. Laila Cunningham was nominated as the party’s candidate in Rotherham, but withdrew shortly before the nomination deadline, and the party did not have time to find a replacement. The party’s wing in Northern Ireland is contesting five of the province’s 18 seats.

Reform UK is contesting 610 seats across England, Scotland, and Wales. On 16 March 2024, it was announced the party would contest in alliance with the Traditional Unionist Voice (TUV), a Northern Irish unionist party. The party is not contesting seats in Northern Ireland. The party has dissavowed it's candidate in Horsham due to racist social media posts.

Nigel Farage is contesting in Clacton, despite earlier claiming he wouldn’t stand. The party is not challenging the speaker in Chorley.

The TUV is contesting 14 seats in Northern Ireland, including party leader and founder Jim Allister in North Antrim.

Reform has endorsed the Social Democratic Party (SDP) candidate in Middlesbrough South and East Cleveland.

The alliance has endorsed Alex Easton, an independent candidate in North Down.

The UK has three green parties, which are functionally independent. Unlike the other parties, the Greens are contesting Chorley. They have endorsed an independent candidate, Chris Furlong, in Heywood and North Middleton. The Scottish Greens are standing a record number of candidates (44 of 57) in Scotland. The Green Party Northern Ireland is contesting 11 seats, another record.

The Workers Party of Britain is standing 153 candidates, including two in Scotland and four in Wales. Party leader George Galloway was elected to the House of Commons in the 2024 Rochdale by-election. He is contesting Rochdale again. Former Labour MP Chris Williamson is contesting Derby South. Workers Party candidates are targeting seats with large British South Asian populations, to capitalise upon anger at the Labour Party over its stance on the Israel–Hamas war.
