Community Sanctions

Sanctions Categories and page moves Levineps is banned from: Creating new categories; Re-categorization of either existing categories or articles. Moving or Renaming any Page This ban does NOT include: Contributions to discussions on categories, or proposals for new categories or re-categorization. Contributions to discussions on renaming articles, or categories. Suggesting page moves or category refactoring on relevant talk pages. Edit summaries Levineps must: Not mark his edits as minor; Use manually written edit summaries for all of his edits outside of talk space. Engage in consensus building on relevant talk pages. Warnings Levineps must: Not remove warnings or notices from his talk page or anywhere else they are posted This does NOT preclude: Routine talk page archiving, which is permissible for talk pages that exceed 50 topics or 32kb. Reversions Levineps is restricted to: 1RR per day. This does NOT include: His own talk and user space, pursuant to restrictions on warning/notice removal. Duration These restrictions were imposed on 31 December 2009. They are indefinite by community consensus, as interpreted by Coffee (talk · contribs) with minor clarification by Rockpocket (talk · contribs). They may be lifted by formal community proposal, or by emailing ArbCom. Enforcement If Levineps fails to comply with these requirements, he may be blocked indefinitely by an uninvolved administrator.
