Hi my friend. I hope you are fine. I have removed a lot of unreferenced information. The new page review is one of the last approval stages, so when I see a page like this with a large amount of unreferenced information, and no {{In use}} tag to show that the page is undergoing a major build, I tend to err on the side of caution and remove the unreferenced information. The easiest solution is for you to add the tag to indicate the page is still under construction (if it is). This prevents me and other editors from editing the page until the process is complete and the tag is removed. Please assume good faith of me, as I do of you. By all means add the information again when you can add the references. Best wishes, BoyTheKingCanDance (talk) 05:59, 16 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent editing history at Martin Bormann shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war; read about how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. — Diannaa (talk) 23:43, 17 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I would add, that you need to read WP:BRD and definitely the recommended article by link above as to consensus. Further, please see WP:RS; one should not add addition text to prior cited sentences if that info is not in the original source. One must place an additional RS cited source to support the addition info added therein. Kierzek (talk) 16:17, 18 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think you noticed that when Diannaa changed some of the information, she also changed the source references. Since that's what that source says, you cannot change the information. Please go to the article talk page to discuss which source is more reliable, and do not change the information when multiple editors -- including myself -- are reverting to what Diannaa posted. Thanks for your contributions to Rainer Höss. Unfortunately, it is not ready for publishing because it has no sources. Your article is now a draft where you can improve it undisturbed for a while.

Your continued repetitive posts to this talk page, asking the same question despite it having been explained to you a number of times, has become disruptive, and an instance of I didn't hear that behavior. Please stop, or I will have to recommend to an admin that you be topic banned from posting there. Beyond My Ken (talk) 04:20, 24 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sorry, I tried to write with a clear source, but I think I was too radical. 망고소녀 (talk) 04:23, 24 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

An IP editor at 121.150.49.11, which geolocates to South Korea, just attempted to make the sort of changes to Martin Bormann that you have argued should be made. Please note that editing with an IP to avoid scrutiny of your edits is sockpuppetry and is not allowed by Wikipedia policy. If these edits were made by you, do not edit in this way again. Use your account for all your edits. Beyond My Ken (talk) 10:07, 25 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Beyond My Ken I didn't do that at all. It's unfair 망고소녀 (talk) 10:23, 25 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Which is precisely what you said the last time this happened. (See above). Beyond My Ken (talk) 10:38, 25 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Beyond My Ken I really didn't do that. Please trust me 망고소녀 (talk) 10:40, 25 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
It could be a Joe job, but why would someone do that to you? I can AGF, but that doesn't mean that I will ignore evidence that's right in front of me, especially when you have taken no actions - such as comments on the IPs' talk pages - to warn them away from doing it again. You must admit that your pleading for these changes to be made, being turned down, and then having an IP make them is, on the surface, pretty damning evidence. Beyond My Ken (talk) 10:45, 25 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Also, please stop pinging me. Your talk page is on my watchlist, so I will see when a change is made to it. Beyond My Ken (talk) 10:45, 25 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm General Ization. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Adolf Eichmann, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. "I hope you can trust my editing"

[edit]

You wrote in an edit summary, directed at me, "I hope you can trust my editing". [1] Sadly, no, I cannot trust your editing. You have been wrong too many times for that to be the case. You continue to cite unreliable sources, such as other language Wikipedias, or articles on en.wiki, despite your having been told a number of times that WP:Wikipedia is not a reliable source. Your editorial judgment is extremely poor, and if it continues, I can see nothing in your future except more sanctions. The editors who are reverting your edits are all very experienced, and you should pay attention to what they tell you, and not continue to make the same kind of mistakes over and over again. Beyond My Ken (talk) 23:08, 23 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Beyond My Ken Goebbels' youngest daughter's name is Heide, and her second daughter's name is Hilde, not Hilda. Is it wrong to correct the spelling? 망고소녀 (talk) 23:14, 23 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Heinrich Himmler. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Beyond My Ken (talk) 02:52, 24 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Please trust my editing. I didn't damage the document. I deleted it because the birthplace was written on the date of birth, but what's wrong with that. 망고소녀 (talk) 02:54, 24 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Please read WP:Edit warring. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right. Beyond My Ken (talk) 03:14, 24 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding your edit to Rudolf Hoss

[edit]
There are multiple problems with your edit [2], [3], [4]:
  • 1. The source, Exberliner does not appear to be a reliable source.
  • 2. The article says "In the mid-1980s Klaus died in Sydney from liver cirrhosis as a result of chronic alcohol abuse."
  • 3. The date "1986" does not appear anywhere in the article; despite this, you claim it as a source for Klaus dying in 1986 [5]
  • 4. An IP (221.157.113.2, which geolocates to Korea [6]) stepped in and restored your disputed edit. This has happened a number of times in connection with your editing (see above), and each time you have denied that the IP is you. These protestations lose their strength when it happens again and again. Recall that you have already been warned by an admin not to edit with an IP, but to use your account to do so. Your use of an IP to "avoid scrutiny" of your edits is a violoation of WP:sockpuppetry.
Beyond My Ken (talk) 12:47, 24 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Now you announce here that you're going to change "1970s" to "1980s" in multiple articles, except that the source cited ([7]) clearly says "Klaus, the eldest, was born in 1930, and apparently died in the 1970s in Australia, from excessive alcohol consumption". I'm afraid that you simply do not understand how sourcing works, and really should not be editing Wikipedia at all. Beyond My Ken (talk) 13:18, 24 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Do you also write mistakes as content? 망고소녀 (talk) 13:23, 24 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Occasionally, and when I become aware of them, either through my own investigation or that of others, I correct them immediately. The encyclopedia demands nothing less. I do not, however, bend over backwards attempting to shove my incorrect information into an article after I've been informed that it is not accurate. Nor do I use IPs to try to sneak the material into an article.
I have asked on the article talk page for other editors to evaluate the two sources to determine if either is more reliable than the other, or if they are reliable at all. Beyond My Ken (talk) 13:58, 24 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
One of the editors there pointed out that an article in The Washington Post, which is without doubt a WP:reliable source, gave the date of Klaus' death as the 1980s, so I've changed the date citing the Post article. Beyond My Ken (talk) 14:08, 24 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Beyond My Ken Thank you for believing in my editing even now. Have a nice day. 망고소녀 (talk) 14:17, 24 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I'm sorry, but I did not, and do not, "believe in your editing". I believed in what a reliable source said, one which you never cited. Beyond My Ken (talk) 14:20, 24 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Indefinitely blocked

[edit]
Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for persistently making disruptive edits in spite of repeated warnings on this talk page. The reasons for this block include edit warring at multiple articles, inappropriate logged-out editing to engage in edit wars, and persistent addition of poorly-sourced material. This block is sitewide and indefinite as the previous partial block from Martin Bormann has only caused this disruption to be propagated across more articles.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text at the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  DanCherek (talk) 03:28, 25 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
No, it's unfair Why was I blocked when I didn't even damage the document? I wanted to edit Wikipedia well, so I edited it like that, but I didn't know why it would be blocked. Please give me one more chance. 망고소녀 (talk) 21:54, 4 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
And Amelie1020 is not my multiple account. I don't use an English account because I'm Korean. I never use multiple accounts. Please forgive me once. I beg you. 망고소녀 (talk) 21:56, 4 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

information Note: Amelie1020 (talk · contribs) has been blocked as a suspected sockpuppet of 망고소녀. DanCherek (talk) 13:42, 4 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Forgive me. I'm sorry.

[edit]

I didn't destroy the document and I just edited Wikipedia because I wanted to edit it well, but I didn't know it would be inappropriate. And I swear that Amelie1020 is definitely not my multiple account. Please unblock me. I beg you. I'm never a multi-account user. I will never edit without a source again. From now on, I will try to make certain edits that can leave appropriate sources. Please give me one more chance. 망고소녀 (talk) 22:01, 4 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Block evasion by 125.208.193.83 (talk · contribs · WHOIS) right before this comment, and then block evasion by 2001:2D8:6348:B9B0:1104:D195:B71F:29B7 (talk · contribs · WHOIS) right after this comment. So it's not convincing to me at all. Happy to elaborate further on any of these blocks if others would like, just ask – they're pretty {{duck}}-y. DanCherek (talk) 23:56, 4 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
It's an IP that has nothing to do with me. I never make multiple accounts or anything like that. Please give me one more chance. 망고소녀 (talk) 23:59, 4 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I would note that the two IPs that DanCherak refers to both geo-locate to Korea, just like all the other IPs above.
These things you wrote are the things you say every time an IP editor or new account replicates your edits - just take a moment and read your talk page. Either there is someone out there who has it out for you, or you are attempting to deceive us. Since there's no way for admins to tell definitively, they have to go on the available behavioral evidence. Beyond My Ken (talk)
I am strongly opposed to an unblock at this time and would advise you to consider the standard offer (with particular emphasis on the "no sockpuppetry or block evasion" condition), but there is nothing stopping you from appealing the block at any time by following the instructions in the block notice above. DanCherek (talk) 00:08, 5 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
... and the block evasion continues: here, here, here, and here. Sigh. DanCherek (talk) 03:32, 5 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
It's not fair. 망고소녀 (talk) 05:29, 5 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I'd like to request a review of the blocking

[edit]

Manager, I sincerely apologize for what I have done. From now on, I will never cause an editing dispute or create a document without a source, and I will do the right editing. I won't even create multiple accounts in the future. Please unblock it. I'm really reflecting on myself. Please I beg you. I will reflect on myself and make a good contribution to Wikipedia. I'm really reflecting on myself. 망고소녀 (talk) 14:05, 14 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Just to note that this request comes on the same day that DanCherek blocked another suspected sockpuppet, User:Caecilia835. I doubt that any admin will unblock this editor, but if for some reason they are unblocked, I will almost certainly immediately nominate them for a CBAN as a continuing disruptive editor and puppet master. Beyond My Ken (talk) 19:30, 14 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Beyond My Ken I will try to make a good contribution in the future without damaging the document or causing an editorial dispute. Please give me one more chance. 망고소녀 (talk) 21:14, 14 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I am reflecting on my mistakes properly, and I have vowed to make a good contribution to Wikipedia by following its policies and guidelines. I'm really reflecting on myself. Please give me one more chance. I want to make a good contribution to Wikipedia. 망고소녀 (talk) 21:41, 14 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
As you have been caught evading this block on multiple occasions you are now considered banned by the community per WP:3X, and no individual administrator will unblock you.
If you would like to return to editing Wikipedia one day, the route back is by following the standard offer: do not edit Wikipedia, from any account or IP, for at least six months, after which you can create an unblock request and ask for it to be considered at the administrators' noticeboard. – bradv 21:58, 14 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I don't think WP:3X applies at this point as the blocks to date have been based on behavioral, rather than technical, evidence. That being said, the "apologies" on this talk page ring hollow when they then go and edit with new sockpuppet accounts or IP addresses. DanCherek (talk) 23:42, 17 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Did I do anything to destroy the document? I want to make a better contribution to Wikipedia. I won't edit Wikipedia without sources from now on. I have a strong desire to edit Wikipedia. Please... I'm never going to destroy documents or anything like that. 망고소녀 (talk) 00:20, 18 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
It seems that you don't understand that you -- your person, your self, not this username -- has been banned from editing English Wikipedia indefinitely. You are not allowed to edit it with an IP, or with another username. Every time you do so, you are "socking", and every time you do so makes it less and less probable that your ban will ever be lifted. You're simply going to have to suppress your "strong desire to edit Wikipedia" and find another activity to engage in, because you cannot edit here. Beyond My Ken (talk) 00:30, 18 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Why are you turning back my editing

[edit]

Did I damage the document? I just fixed the wrong part, is it wrong? It's so unfair. Please don't reverse the editing I did. Why do you keep trying to turn it back when I didn't even damage the document. 망고소녀 (talk) 01:21, 20 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

And don't you think it's too much to go back to editing before blocking? Some of the documents I edited have corrected the error. Did I damage the document? It's unfair. 망고소녀 (talk) 01:37, 20 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
You are banned from editing. Period. The quality of your edits is irrelevant, they can be deleted on sight, and I will continue to do so. Any other editor who believes that your edit was useful is free to restore them without hindrance from me. Beyond My Ken (talk) 03:35, 20 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I'm really sorry. Please unblock me.

[edit]

I will never edit documents without sources again and make inappropriate edits using IP. Please give me one more chance. I never damage documents and just edit them properly. Please unblock me. Next time, I will edit it appropriately. Please... 망고소녀 (talk) 22:52, 15 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Please see WP:Guide to appealing blocks and follow the instructions there but considering that you've been constantly socking and evading your block by editing with IPs, I doubt any admin is going to unblock you. Beyond My Ken (talk) 00:44, 16 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

What did I do wrong?

[edit]

Did I even damage the document? Did you do vandalism? How much self-reflection do I have to do to get rid of the block? I've never done anything like vandalism. It's unfair. I just wanted to make a good contribution to Wikipedia in the future... I think it's too much to go this far. 망고소녀 (talk) 22:02, 20 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

This editor has been consistently socking since they were blocked. I think it's time to remove TPA. Beyond My Ken (talk) 17:42, 21 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I am not seeing that you've engaged in any self-reflection, nor have you acknowledged the harm you've caused. I think BMK is right to suggest that TPA should be revoked, and I plan to do so if you continue to post comments like "What did I do wrong?". This page is full of specific examples of what you've done wrong, as well as links to policies and guidelines you've violated. Read them, and read WP:GAB. If your next post here is not a well-crafted unblock request, I am very likely to remove talk-page access. Other admins: I would not object to revoking TPA based on the misconduct so far.
