Please differentiate between ward and Single Member Constituency

A ward in a GRC and a SMC are different political entities. Please do not lump them as the same political entity and treat them as succession. For example, Jamus Lim is one of the MP for Sengkang GRC, not the MP for Sengkang West SMC (as it does not exist anymore).
