Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Railway Operating Division has been reverted.
Your edit here to Railway Operating Division was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (https://lightwater.wordpress.com/2014/01/24/the-railway-operating-divisions-contribution-to-the-war-effort-in-ww1/) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 09:44, 8 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Regarding your edits to Henry Johnson (World War I soldier), please use the preview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made, reduces edit conflicts, and prevents clogging up recent changes and the page history. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show you what the article will look like without actually saving it.

The "show preview" button is right next to the "save page" button and below the edit summary field.

It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. If you have any questions, contact the help desk for assistance. Thank you. – Gilliam (talk) 09:29, 5 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, including your edits to Louis Barthas, but we cannot accept original research. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. – Gilliam (talk) 09:33, 5 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Slobodan Pejić

[edit]

Hello there! I have restored the original information in the article Slobodan Pejić for two reasons: 1) The added information was unsourced; we don't do original research here and only report what has been published in independent reliable sources; 2) per MOS:CITIZEN, "Ethnicity, religion, or sexuality should generally not be in the lead sentence unless relevant to the subject's notability." --TadejM my talk 11:40, 25 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
