Konstantinos

[edit]

Why do you feel the need to put Gussie in the section for nicknames? I have seen Gussie used as a nickname for Konstantinos, but it is not a very common nickname. I have found a number of people who have used names like Gustav and Dan, but I would not put them on the page because they aren’t common enough, and neither is Gussie. Charles Constantzis (talk) 00:05, 24 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Because Gussie is a nickname for Konstantinos. But, in English it is a nickname for Augusta. 71.167.78.168 (talk) 15:31, 3 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
It is not a common enough nickname to justify its inclusion on the page. Why do you not understand this? Charles Constantzis (talk) 22:13, 13 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Oh your right Gussie is a nickname for Augusta 71.167.78.168 (talk) 22:21, 14 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to Gussie, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. Thank you. Materialscientist (talk) 23:11, 17 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add original research or novel syntheses of published material to articles as you apparently did to Gussie. Please cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. Materialscientist (talk) 23:20, 17 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's no original research policy by adding your personal analysis or synthesis into articles, as you did at Gussie, you may be blocked from editing. Materialscientist (talk) 23:32, 17 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
