Rocky Marciano
Are you sure your edits comply with MOS:BLPLEAD? – "Ethnicity, religion, or sexuality should generally not be in the lead unless it is relevant to the subject's notability." Is his ethnicity the very first thing that needs to be emphasised? Mac Dreamstate (talk) 16:05, 20 January 2019 (UTC)
- Well, I guess you are right. Even though he's clearly Italian-American ("[...], a brawny and inarticulate but likeable Italian-American boxer contemplates [...]"[1], "Pictures of famous Italian-Americans like Frank Sinatra and Rocky Marciano hang from another."[2], "[...] of great Italian-American fighters there, like Rocky Marciano and Jake LaMotta."[3]) and also has a special place in the hearts of the Italian-American community ("[...], he became a hero to the Italian-American community."[4]), we can't write that he is in the lead. My bad. --77.173.90.33 (talk) 16:23, 20 January 2019 (UTC)
- Wasn't telling you to do anything. I reverted; you reverted; rationale provided; I had no problem with it; and merely asked for your interpretation of the above MOS. Mac Dreamstate (talk) 16:27, 20 January 2019 (UTC)

Hello, I'm XLinkBot. I wanted to let you know that one or more external links you added to Kevin Richardson (musician) have been removed because they seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links.
Your edit here to Kevin Richardson (musician) was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (https://www.facebook.com/kevinrichardsonofficial) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 12:04, 23 January 2019 (UTC)
