Since I now know why I was barred, I have no intention of repeating the behaviour that got me banned in the first place, and I want to make useful contributions in the future instead, the ban can be lifted. The article's featured singer is on the rise and has worked with numerous producers. This page was not made for advertising purposes; it was made like any other artist's page. To prove that what I've said is true, I can produce any relevant evidence. Please accept my apologies for the inconsistencies and consider lifting the ban on my account and the article.

Decline reason:

Artists do not have pages here. Wikipedia has articles about artists. This isn't the place to write about singers "on the rise"- a singer must have already arrived to merit an article, once they meet the definition of a notable singer.
