License tagging for Image:Taillight shark.gif

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Taillight shark.gif. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 01:09, 4 February 2007 (UTC)

San Joaquin Valley Fever

[edit]

A citation or reference is needed for the statement that the majority of cases of coccidioidomycosis occur outside the San Joaquin Valley area. Armona (talk) 19:25, 30 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there!

[edit]

I've noticed you're a physician and you've been editing medical articles. I'd like to draw your attention to WikiProject Medicine which is a collaboration between physicians, other healthcare staff and laypersons which aims to build a comprehensive guide to medicine on the English Wikipedia. I've also noticed that you've been editing neurology related articles, such as Alice in Wonderland syndrome, so would also like to draw your attention to WikiProject Neurology which I recently created!

You can register your participation here! Thanks for your time, if you have any questions medical or otherwise please contact me on my talk page or via email if it's important. Regards, CycloneNimrod talk?contribs? 23:20, 1 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Whinorrhea requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about something invented/coined/discovered by the article's creator or someone they know personally, and it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Hello, I'm Qwerfjkl (bot). I have automatically detected that this edit performed by you, on the page Transient neonatal pustular melanosis, may have introduced referencing errors. They are as follows:

  • A "missing title" error. References show this error when they do not have a title. Please edit the article to add the appropriate title parameter to the reference. (Fix | Ask for help)

Please check this page and fix the errors highlighted. If you think this is a false positive, you can report it to my operator. Thanks, Qwerfjkl (bot) (talk) 03:01, 12 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I have sent you a note about a page you started

Hello, Beezer137. Thank you for your work on Neonatal pustular eruption. Klbrain, while examining this page as a part of our page curation process, had the following comments:

Thanks for starting a page on this topic in neonatal dermatology, that helpfully collates a set of readily-confused conditions (as the articles now cited support).

To reply, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|Klbrain}}. Please remember to sign your reply with ~~~~. (Message delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.)
