Lists and outlines[edit]

I've just reverted your edits to List of complex analysis topics and Outline of complex analysis. This was discussed last year at Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Mathematics/Archive/2011/Sep#Undiscussed_List_-.3E_Outline_moves. I've started a new discussion at Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Mathematics#Lists_and_outlines. Best wishes, Jowa fan (talk) 13:00, 2 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Separately, if there is agreement to move an article to a new name, it should be done with the "move" command, rather than by copying the content to a new article. The latter technique is called a "copy and paste move" and is strongly discouraged because it splits the edit history, while moving an article with the "move" command moves the edit history as well as the current content. — Carl (CBM · talk) 13:05, 2 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The article Ildemar Alcantara has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. -- Patchy1 REF THIS BLP 22:13, 8 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of MIT Top 10 Breakthrough Technologies of the Year[edit]

The article MIT Top 10 Breakthrough Technologies of the Year has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Is this appropriate?

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Information icon Hello, I'm CASSIOPEIA. I noticed that you made one or more changes to an article, UFC 223, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you.
