Question regarding O fortuna

Hi Cjh007,

I've noticed with interest your changes to the translation in the O Fortuna article. Myself I don't know anything about Latin, but a while ago when I sort of "fell in love" with the song, reading up on the lyrics and their meaning, practicing singing it (able to do it by heart by now), etc.

Having read translation attempts in a few sources I found online, I came to the conclusion nobody really knows what the song means (especially "ludo mentis aciem", every source said something completely different...). But I assessed that the Wikipedia process, while imperfect, would lead to the most accurate translation.

On one hand I'm a bit upset to see a different translation now, after having been attached to the old one. On the other, your translation makes much more sense to me - Previously it was more like random lines unrelated to each other.

Anyway, I've also written a Bitcoin-themed paraphrase of O Fortuna. The lyrics, my intended translation and my analysis can be found at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=748602. Since I don't speak Latin, I thought about giving my song to a professional to review it, though I wasn't sure where to find one. But since I intended to contact you anyway and you're clearly well-versed in Latin, I thought you might be willing to take a look and tell me what you think.

I'm sure there are errors... Not sure that I'll really fix all of them, it's hard to find lyrics that would match the required meaning, tempo and rhymes.
