Speedy deletion nomination of USLT Libraries: Serials Section

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. • The incredible thing is that despite more than 100 edits, you did not manage to tell us what USLT stands for or provide a link to the article about USLT (if there is one). This article was far too detailed for Wikipedia. It should be published on the USLT's own website.
