There's an article that needs to be looked at/am working on the templates, what to do?

[edit]

Hi, I've been working on the United States statewide political official templates: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:United_States_statewide_political_official_templates and there's this page in the Articles for Creation section that hasn't been looked at since January. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:Articles_for_creation/Template:Current_statewide_political_officials_of_Washington

Meanwhile, I've been plugging along on the templates. I can a template for the Washington state political officials, but I already see the page in the Articles for Creation section, basically ignored, not turned down or approved. So, what should I do? I've haven't ever approved articles for Wikipedia before. PS: I don't have IRC software and don't want to get it right now-have old computer. So just leave a message for me, please.

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited United States gubernatorial elections, 1970, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Mark Hogan (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

I deleted the article from the AFC section, because I 'created it' on my own, without going through the traditional channels after it got rejected twice.Emeraldgirl (talk) 01:26, 21 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I disagree with breaking up this list into sections. Having it in one table easily lets you sort everyone by a desired category. The subsections might look slightly be more convenient in one way, but I think you lose the functionality and purpose of having them all on one list. If it wasn't about keeping them all in one table, I would just have made separate articles. Thanks. RoadView (talk) 18:55, 1 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, I'd have to agree - breaking up the list into many pages is bizarre. It does make it for easier reading. Also, there is the question of linking them all together. Aerospeed (Talk) 22:37, 1 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
