AfD Talk

[edit]

I have moved the comments that was not relevant to that specific discussion, but about the generic processes here, from the AfD page. Here are the comments, we may continue here.

Ok well its 1 person who wants it deleted and 1 who wants it to stay so its a draw until someone else wants it deleted or wants it to stay. --Fantasy Game Productions Inc. talk 04:03, 26 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Sure, but the deletion process is not a vote. The "win" is on the strength of argument, not number of votes. --soum talk 04:10, 26 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
lol, then its basicly like going to court, The wiki Court ;) lmfao. --Fantasy Game Productions Inc. talk 04:17, 26 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Yep it is. Wikipedis works on consenus. If by a single argument you can sway the consensus, you "win" :-). --soum talk 04:27, 26 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

do you have msn?

I have but generally don't use it. Can you use GTalk? --soum talk 04:35, 26 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, the recent edit you made to Windows 7 has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thanks. J.delanoygabsadds 19:23, 28 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You are acting against consensus. Do not edit war. Thats a sure-fire way of getting yourself blocked. Instead start a discussion and try to gain consensus for your actions. Or else you will keep getting reverted. If you still try to push your edits, you will be blocked. --soum talk 19:33, 28 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Recreation of deleted article

[edit]

Please do not rec-create Development of Windows 7. The AfD has been closed. If you feel the deletion was in error, please make your case at WP:DRV. Recreation of legitimately deleted material, is disruptive and can lead to blocking. --barneca (talk) 21:56, 2 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please

[edit]

Please don't add... whatever that wall of text was to The 4th Coming‎. I've removed it, along with the same thing on your user page. User pages are to help us coordinate with other editors. As near as I can tell, you're using it to make logs or codes or something available to yourself or others, having nothing to do with Wikipedia. Please don't readd this. --barneca (talk) 23:00, 2 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Since you seem determined to add it back to your user page, I've asked for an outside review at WP:ANI if you wish to talk to someone besides me. --barneca (talk) 23:25, 2 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on User:Fantasy Game Productions, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read our the guidelines on spam as well as the Wikipedia:Business' FAQ for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on [[ Talk:User:Fantasy Game Productions|the talk page]] explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Toddst1 (talk) 23:35, 2 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you remove a speedy deletion notice from a page, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. HalfShadow (talk) 00:00, 3 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked

[edit]

You have been indefinitely blocked for being a spam / advertising only account. By the way, you do not own pages such as your userpage and promotional material (advertising) is subject to immediate deletion where ever it is found.¤~Persian Poet Gal (talk) 00:08, 3 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have protected the page User:Fantasy Game Productions so it may not be recreated, unless the protection is undone by an admin. If a company or subject named "Fantasy Game Productions" becomes notable sufficiently to justify an article then it can be created in article space. Please note that if this talkpage becomes abused it can also be protected from editing. LessHeard vanU (talk) 00:13, 3 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
