There is no Crash bandicoot title announced or even mentioned by Activision. you are going to be misleading alot of people. you need to take it down or else be reported for false information — Preceding unsigned comment added by Fiercetempest (talkcontribs)

What article are you referring to? Fiercetempest, you're being a little bitey and vague here. Bryce53 | talk 10:00, 28 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

How do I remove my IP address from edit history?

[edit]

--DesolationGames (talk) 05:10, 17 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If you can tell us what article and IP address it was, admins can use revision deletion to remove the IP address from the history; the edit will still be there, but the IP address will be gone. If the IP edit was on a talk page, though, and signed (or auto-signed by SineBot), then we'll have to delete the whole edit (name and edit content). So just post here what page it was, and the next admin who sees this can fire up the magic eraser button. Qwyrxian (talk) 07:39, 17 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

(Redacted)-Remove this IP adress in the following articles: Michelle Rodriguez-http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Michelle_Rodriguez&action=history Paul Walker-http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Paul_Walker&action=history

There is no way since you can't prove that the IP was you. mabdul 08:08, 17 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. However, I noticed that your username (DesolationGames) may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because This username sounds like a company.. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username, or you may simply create a new account to use for editing. Thank you. mabdul 08:06, 17 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

No I just came up with username because I couldn't think of another one.

No I don't own a company I just came up with this because I couldn't think of any other username.

There is an outfit called this, so even if you aren't connected to it, have never heard of it and couldn't care a tinker's cuss about it (like me...), I would recommend a change. The policy WP:USERNAME says that if you are not obviously editing in connection with the company, you should be 'gently encouraged' to request a change. (If you were editing in connection with DG, it would be a block.) It doesn't say that you have to give in to gentle persuasion, and presumably you may stubborn it out, but it could save hassle in future. Peridon (talk) 17:28, 17 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. mabdul 19:41, 17 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Call of Duty

I didn't say it was fake. I said it was unsourced, and not notable. Very different. -- ferret (talk) 00:34, 22 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
