Information icon Hello, I'm Toddst1. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Warren Entner, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source, so I removed it. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. WP:BLP applies Toddst1 (talk) 03:25, 29 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Well I'm terribly sorry, thanks for letting me know anyways. Foreverchanges1167 (talk) 03:28, 29 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution

[edit]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Love (band) into Love (Love album). While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. The attribution has been provided for this situation, but if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, please provide attribution for that duplication. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. If you are the sole author of the prose that was copied, attribution is not required. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 20:15, 8 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Manfred Mann and more

[edit]

I have seen the issues that you have been having at The Five Faces of Manfred Mann as well as at Mann Made, I, being a Mann fan, who, among things, wrote the articles of several of their EPs. Only administrators can block an editor and if I were you I would not go to one at this point. I have not checked all the edits carefully but I think the issue is that you have been using unreliable sources, such as blogs, as references for your edits. It seemed to me that the reverts of your edits were good faith edits by the other editor. I am hoping that you do get other sources for the dates you added because I suspect that they are accurate and I'd like to see them. Feel free to chat about this any time. Okay sure, thanks for the advice.Foreverchanges1167 (talk) 23:03, 21 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —specifically this edit to Stay with The Hollies— because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Help Desk. Thanks.
