March 2016

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Cara Delevingne. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism can result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you.  Rebbing  talk  14:41, 7 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. I'm replying in regards to your revert on Cara Delevigne and your message to me. I actually included a lot of information on the topic of her ad campaigns and never tried to vandalize her page. I specifically deleted Saint Laurent (which I put in the first place last month on the page) because Yves Saint Laurent and Saint Laurent are the exact same thing. It would not make sense to put them both in her info on her ad campaigns. Thank you very much.

Hello, Gilmore. Thank you for contacting me; my revert and warning were in error. When I reviewed your edit, I saw that you had removed YSL's mention despite Ms. Delevigne having modeled for it, yet I did not see that YSL had been listed twice in that sentence. I apologize for my mistake, and I've re-applied your edit. (Also, it's not relevant, but it appears you made that previous edit while logged out.)
Going forward, please leave a brief edit summary for every change you submit, as it makes it much easier for others to evaluate revisions; in this case, something like "Removed duplicate mention of YSL" would have been appropriate. (There's an option in Preferences § Editing—"Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary"—that helps me remember.) Thank you, and keep up the good work.  Rebbing  talk  03:58, 11 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The article Lexi Boling has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Winnie Harlow, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Nike. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 08:33, 7 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2020 Elections voter message

[edit]
Hello! Voting in the 2020 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 7 December 2020. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2020 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 02:35, 24 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
