Saw: The Video Game II?

Zombie just posted this on their facebook: Focus Testers needed for Game Focus Group (Pioneer Square) Interesting. —Mike Allen 19:43, 18 February 2010 (UTC)

I did not. I could not get passed the puzzle TV screens. But I watched the rest on YouTube and both endings. I thought the twist was ok, but they should have used a flashback montage like they do in the films. I wonder what a second game would be about. LOL —Mike Allen 04:48, 23 February 2010 (UTC)
Well, well.. I guess they will be pumping out games every year now. LOL The videos looks cool. —Mike Allen 02:26, 11 April 2010 (UTC)
I've never done one.. I realln't know what it is. LOL —Mike Allen 03:01, 11 April 2010 (UTC)
I don't care for the subtitle "Flesh & Blood". It sounds stupid and corny. No Saw media has had a subtitle. The game does look good though, but I noticed they didn't say anything about a PC release. Maybe later. I have downloaded Steam so I can download Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light this summer, so I would possibly be able to download Saw II. I'm sure the Lara Croft game won't be that big of a file, but Saw II may be like 6-8GB. I can't shed that much bandwidth on satellite internet. So I may have to borrow my cousin's 360. If I do that I will just rent it, no point in buying a 360 game when I don't own one. And like 60 or so dollars? Fuck that. On the PS1/2 I always waited until the new releases came down to $20. LOL. The main character still doesn't look fully black. It must be the lighting. I see they've borrowed some traps from Saw II and V. :P Mike Allen 23:40, 16 June 2010 (UTC)

Dr... who?

Guess who's returning in Saw VII? Doctor who?Mike Allen 02:25, 2 March 2010 (UTC)

DON'T POOP ON MY PARTY! No, really they get their information directly from the production offices. Boy I bet Mark Burg is pissed. They probably haven't updated the director yet (it says they update it every 2 weeks). Kevin, Marcus or Patrick aren't saying shit about it on HOJ. I told Kevin on there that it would actually bring Saw fans back, not counting Cary's fans, if they announced it. I don't think it 'spoil' anything, since Patrick has already revealed that the are answering his fate. They just announced a cast update (check Saw VII, I can't remember his name, it stars with Chad. He was in Final Destination (first one).). Obviously he gets killed at the begining or they wouldn't have announced him yet. LOL The list on the IMDb page is getting bigger... people say that a lot of the Saw VI actors were listed on IMDb this early and it turned out to be true. You never know. But I hope all of them aren't true, that's a lot of new characters. Ugh. Guess what? Saw VI passed its GA review, instantly (well except for the plot issues). That makes my second GA in just over a week. Still waiting on news for Scream Queens season 2.. wtf is taking so long to air it? —Mike Allen 02:41, 4 March 2010 (UTC)
Inglourious Basterds. Nice interview, but it didn't say when it would air.. —Mike Allen 06:32, 4 March 2010 (UTC)

It's official now! Dr. Gordon is back along with a synopsis and some more cast! The Saw VII article had this information up first though! :P Mike Allen 06:03, 25 April 2010 (UTC)

DYK for Saw II (video game)

Saw VII poster is fan-made

That poster is fan-made. It's a great poster, but not official. We should get an official teaser poster next month, or July. How have you been? Mike Allen 06:17, 24 May 2010 (UTC)

So you seen that the Dr. is confirmed? LOL You really got the Saw II game article up to speed. What talk pages are you talking about? My talk page has been pretty good this month compared to previous. I think I'm doing pretty good. :P Mike Allen 06:44, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
OH YEAH. They even took me to AN/I (first time), and it was speedy closed with no action. lol Anyway, Lionsgate Publicity site just updated their fact sheet to include Dr. Heffner. LOL $200 million? God if it made that we would never stop getting Saws. I just hope it's not enough for another sequel, but enough to make Kevin look good as a director. If that's possible. Mike Allen 05:11, 30 May 2010 (UTC)
"Dr Heffner is the best actor that doesnt matter at all in the film" But you may be mistaken.. I'm sure they will include him in the twist. Why else bring him back? More autopsies? LOL Mike Allen 05:31, 30 May 2010 (UTC)
Now there's been a fan-made trailer (see Bloody Digusting) and people actually thought it was real. It used old footage from previous films and a clip of a YouTube video of a group of people in therapy. What teaser trailer for Saw has ever showed old footage from the series. Kevin confirmed it was fake, and then everybody is like "OK if Kevin says so then it is". Seriously I couldn't believe it. LOL Mike Allen 02:34, 1 June 2010 (UTC)

PA2 trailer; Saw VII trailer no where to be found

So Paranormal Activity 2's teaser trailer was released. And.. it actually looked pretty "good". Argh. I didn't see the last one in theaters, so maybe that's why it really didn't phase me. I guess Saw VII teaser will be here this month. I don't ever expect much from their trailers. They've sucked since Saw III. Their marketing sucks in general. In other breaking news, Saw VII was given a R rating from MPAA (along with the same rating description as Saw VI's). Heh who saw that coming? Hope all is good. Can't believe in less than 4 months I will get to see Dr. Gordon on the big screen. :D Mike Allen 06:57, 1 July 2010 (UTC)

See Kevin's latest blog post. He posted some pictures (nothing very revealing). He said there should be some official ones pretty soon. There's been some rumored drama on set of Scream 4. Word is that the script is being rewritten by the Scream 3 writer, actors are getting pissed, some are dropping out and writer Kevin Williamson is off the project. They are supposed to release an "official" statement soon. Until then that shit isn't getting into the Wikipedia article. I'll fight to my very last breath to keep it out (it being protected for a month came at a good time, so that's helped). It's just rumored plunk, for now, with each website having a different story. Mike Allen 00:55, 6 July 2010 (UTC)

SAW 3D TRAILER!

The best teaser trailer EVER. click here.

Jigsaw voiceover: "You can't hide. This game has a new design. Fear. Suffering. Death. You haven't seen anything yet. All of my work has been leading to THIS."

WITNESS THE FINAL SAW.

Jill is in one of the traps!

Sorry I can't breathe. Mike Allen 22:58, 22 July 2010 (UTC)

Also, there will be the "first" 8 mins of the film released at Comic Con today (July 23)! Word is it will be Hoffman and Gordon. I noticed that Gordon was missing from the teaser. Also the image in the Saw 3D article that was taken at the Metro Hall in Toronto is being used as the trap that is made public to a bunch of bystanders. :D This is just awesome. Though the release date did get backed up to October 29! Mike Allen 06:13, 23 July 2010 (UTC)
Oh and according to the pageview stats, Saw 3D reached 8,100 views yesterday! Mike Allen 06:19, 23 July 2010 (UTC)
I think there was THE bathroom in the trailer too; it looked like one of the lights. I don't think John would want Jill dead, he promised her a way out. It's Hoffman after her. I'm still very curious how Gordon plays into all of this. 11 traps! I hope they release a box set of all the unused footage they didn't use in the films! It would be awesome. The scene at Comic Con will be leaked online today. :D Mike Allen 07:55, 23 July 2010 (UTC)

Here's a summary of the first 8 minutes (read more here): Opening where the first Saw left off, we see Cary Elwes as Dr. Gordon dragging himself along the floor, his foot gone. He makes his way to a heating pipe and, mustering the courage, presses his amputated wound against the heat, cauterizing it. As he screams, we fade away.  !!!!!! Mike Allen 05:36, 24 July 2010 (UTC)

Retired Wiki Film Project coordinator, Erik gave me some advice, here. He suggested that a table would work for something like that (returning characters/actors). He also said that the other casting info would become dated once the film was released. Btw, Saw VI is in peer review (working my way up to a Feature article review soon, *gulp*). But it's lacking some offline sources (magazines, like Fangoria). Do you happen to have the 2009 Fangoria magazine when they featured Saw VI?? That's about the only magazine/book that would have Saw VI in it, I would think. Mike Allen 08:50, 28 July 2010 (UTC)

Saw VS Paranormal

Damn I guess the war on. I was hoping PA2 would get lost in production and at least get delayed. That could mean a big dip in revenue for Saw VII. I would laugh hysterically if PA2 bombed, I dont care for ghost movies like that. Yeah this looks to be a pretty epic year for Saw I cant wait for the trailer. Maybe they'll do the smart thing and instead of release a teaser of a guy in a trap they'll actually show some Gordon lines or something to entice fans. hmm? What's the deal with Scream 4 anyways? GroundZ3R0 002

Mike Allen 00:55, 6 July 2010 (UTC)
Good pictures, not as spoilerific as I'd like but good to see updates. Wow that sounds like a bunch of shit I love Scream I really hope something good comes from all this stuff. Yeah thats a good move keeping all the rumor mills out until theres clarification even though the drones will try to change that. GroundZ3R0 002 01:11, 6 July 2010 (UTC)
Oh and did you read this. The title of the article is "'Paranormal Activity 2' trailer pulled from 'Twilight: Eclipse' after audiences deem it too scary" -- so I'll give you a hint of what it's about. :P Makes me want to puke. Oh and someone has JUST created the Paranormal Activity 2 article 3 days ago. Like someone began working on it hours ago. Well.. there's not much information coming out about it, so that may be why. I don't plan on working on it, do you? :P Anyway, did you see the new Saw II: Flesh & Blood trailer? Carla is in an elevator trap (may be the same Carla as Saw, since she's Asian and is now a doctor a free clinic). Also CHARLIE IS DOING THE MUSIC! and we actually see Jigsaw's (Tobin) face. :D Mike Allen 01:21, 6 July 2010 (UTC)

Ugh yeah stupid twilight fans are pussies and now have given PA2 some steam.. gee thanks lol Yeah I noticed there was only a paragraph on the first films page for a long time, made me glad nobody cared enough to create a page. (If you cant tell i REALLY dont like paranormal hahaha) WHOA WHOA WHAT TRAILER?! do you have a link? that is exciting news for me i missed that completely! yeah i figured when the news release said Jigsaw would return and "provide his likeness" that he would be shown, good news. Are you sure clouser is doing the score? I know people added it to the page but no source and they still add him to the first game so idk. Source? Thanks a bunch ive got my Saw void filled for a while lol GroundZ3R0 002 01:30, 6 July 2010 (UTC)

"Hello Zepp" was played in the trailer. I'm sure I read that he is back dong the score. I'll have to find it. Here's the trailer -- CLICK. Mike Allen 01:45, 6 July 2010 (UTC)
Wow great trailer thanks for the link. looks like a definite improvement upon the first. i like how they rendered jigsaw it looks way better than what i expected. did you see the quick flashes of the girl in the glass box and the hitler-esque man in blue that looks similar to the Saw III freezer trap but with fire? Yeah I think that could be Carla from I. GroundZ3R0 002 03:49, 7 July 2010 (UTC)
I think you missed my first message a while back to you where I sent you links to the new pictures of the game where they use traps from Saw II and V. See here. Also, I don't think it's confirmed that Clouser will do that score (I can't find it). I guess people just thought that because of the "Hello Zepp" being used in the trailer. Mike Allen 04:34, 7 July 2010 (UTC)

Oh nice yeah i didnt see those i like the traps they're bringing back thanks. Eh as long as Hello Zepp is actually in it then thats already an improvement, even if they're using the Zombie house composer Alex Guilbert. I FINALLY got high speed internet good bye dial up wow my surfing is so quick now! GroundZ3R0 002 17:47, 8 July 2010 (UTC)

That's gonna piss some fanboys off GroundZ3R0 002 21:26, 10 July 2010 (UTC)

Hah. You've must have missed the drama the other day where it was reported (and CONFIRMED) by Lionsgate that it would be called Saw 3D: The Traps Come Alive. Oh people were so pissed.. including me. Stupidest shit I have ever heard. The next day, Burg and company did an interview with ShocktilYoudrop and said the title was just Saw 3D and the "The Traps Come Alive" was just the tagline. They also said there will be 11 traps in the film, the interview is in the article. I don't care for SAW 3D.. but oh well. Mike Allen 21:54, 10 July 2010 (UTC)
Yeah I missed that. the day i checked it was already Saw 3D and i was pissed because i dont like when they do that dumb title stuff. Then i read that it was "The traps come alive" and i immediately became appreciative of just Saw 3D LOL i guess it could be worse hah. I like the new poster.. its not Saw but that could be a good thing. You like it? I can't wait for the comic con scenes to be posted even though th--Alex 16:29, 6 June 2011 (UTC)ey're prob short flashbacks. GroundZ3R0 002 09:59, 22 July 2010 (UTC)
BIG NEWS this week. We've got some images.. of Hoffman (with his face back) and someone in the trap that the whole public [in the film] will be able to watch. And get this, it has been CONFIRMED that Saw 3D will indeed be the final film. Read here. Mike Allen 18:09, 22 July 2010 (UTC)

AAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!! RAGING SAWGASM! This is shaping up to be fucking amazing! Thanks for the link! SAW FTW GroundZ3R0 002 05:04, 23 July 2010 (UTC)

Wow!

So much info is being released right now, grab an umbrella cause its an epic downpour of Saw! I think its fucked that PA2 can scare Saw into a later release date but i think itl help raise the nums cause of an actual halloween weekend opening again for the first time in a few years (rather than the friday a week before as in VI) I hope that; increase the numbers. holy shit that trailer blew my mind! Jill is going to get creamed i can tell. I like the garage trap and the cage the guy dropped from. did you catch the flashes of the red spiral and hoffman in mask? i like the table saw trap too omg it like was attached to a bungee cord. stupid people were holding up camera phones all around the outside tho hahaha. Flannerys garage trap was looking gritty great, did you see the guy chained behind the car? I think the opening scene will be Jill just getting fucked for not making sure Hoffman is dead, im getting that feeling. And I cant wait for the Gordon scenes here we come Saw! Keep me updated GroundZ3R0 002 06:38, 23 July 2010 (UTC)

Sorry for the double post but i feel the edit war is about to hit the fan so we need to watch this article religiously. Case being, I'm about to make some relatively large changes to the article and I thought i'd let you know. Im capitalizing on views so i want to get this up to date as quickly as possible, but feel free to revert my edits that detract from the article, I won't begrudge that :) I'm going to add Chester Bennington of Linkin Park to the cast list. No, I didn't believe it at first either, I thought it was Flannery. But his official website has the trailer up there and the internet has taken a field day with it so I guess its true. Next, I'm going to add a stint about the trailer being released in the promo sections. And finally, we should find a source describing all the things found in the trailer and put it in the trap or plot section. Can we put ref 21 in the traps section with the description of the public tablesaw trap? Looks like were busy for awhile. Cheers, GroundZ3R0 002 10:02, 23 July 2010 (UTC)
No worries, the article is protected until October! On your changes, I tweaked some. Like the World Record, it's already on the franchise page. Since they were honoring the franchise as a whole and not just Saw 3D. There was a "twitter rumor" months ago that Chester was in the film. I guess we know now. LOL. Yes I thought about adding the first 8 minutes into the plot, since I mean.. it's available. Some other sources have a better summary of it though. I know Wikipedia is not against spoilers, but do you think it's too much? (I don't) Mike Allen 07:56, 25 July 2010 (UTC)

I was actually going to ask you the same thing. I see no reason why we shouldn't add other than rage from the people who don't understand WP:SPOILER. go ahead and add it. there was a rumor? oh cool i was worried he got mistaken for Flannery, who has a striking resemblance. and good move i shouldve thought about the records section. ive got a bit more info of SDCC for the game as well, only a brief snippet and a promo photo though but its something to fill out the dev section. GroundZ3R0 002 08:34, 25 July 2010 (UTC)

I believe it's Flannery in the cage trap. I hope they play a 3D theatrical trailer in front of Resident Evil: Afterlife in September. I don't think it's a big "spoiler" since it's the beginning of the movie. LOL. People that saw it at Comic Con (no one recorded it) say the clip really wasn't "done". Like the music hadn't been added (Clouser has just recently started to score the film), the lighting was off, and there was a dub voice in place of Tobin's (playing with the Billy doll). So Lionsgate probably won't release it (if ever) until they edit it. I've forgotten about the game at Comic Con! LOL I'm so glad they are finally going to show the original Saw ending (Zepp, Adam, Jigsaw and Zepp's tape) again. It was missing from Saw II. Saw III-Saw VI has all had the ending of the previous film played at the beginning of the next one. It's about time. Mike Allen 23:25, 25 July 2010 (UTC)
Yeah that would be a good idea since its a similar audience, Im going to RE:A also. Oh really? bummer but I think I wouldnt want to see the scene until the full movie in October anyways, idk. Yeah the game didnt get many previews that ive seen but it did have that large poster hanging by the konami booth. Yeah the ending will bring a nice, full circle feel to the franchise. What happened to all that casting section that was there before? I like that table by the way :) GroundZ3R0 002 08:33, 28 July 2010 (UTC)
Retired Wiki Film Project coordinator, Erik gave me some advice, here. He suggested that a table would work for something like that (returning characters/actors). That's about the only magazine/book that would have Saw VI in it, I would think. Mike Allen 08:50, 28 July 2010 (UTC)
Oh good idea. I hope it can make it i;m not familiar with the current standard of FA for films but i think VI is a fantastic article. no, i dont have that Fangoria, but wouldnt they post it on their website? or maybe we could find scans of the article and source it offline? I don't know your preference of music, but it seems Avenged Sevenfold is getting a good debut next week, I'm gonna work on that article until new Saw info is released. GroundZ3R0 002 08:00, 30 July 2010 (UTC)
It may be fantastic, but it's not the best work ever... yet. :P I found some scans of the Fangoria article on a Saw forum. I got some interesting details, like Kevin was promised if he edited Saw V that he would be able to direct Saw VI. Saw 3D will be featured soon in a the new issue and I plan on getting it. I think it'll also have Resident Evil: Afterlife in it. No, they don't keep articles on their website for long. That's when if you reference them in an article, you need to WebCite the link. I've never heard of that band. I don't really have a strong preference in music; I just listen to what's popular now and from the early 2000's (but not any rap or Justin Bieber or Miley of course). LOL. Mike Allen 07:33, 4 August 2010 (UTC)

Hah yeah and good find. Let me know if the new Fangoria has anything good. How do you webcite? Ive been trying to figure that out for the video game articles which are getting more and more dead links :( could you help me out on webciting those articles? hah yeah me either bieber is the aaron carter from our generation i cant listen to that crap lol GroundZ3R0 002 07:49, 4 August 2010 (UTC)

Someone has "wrote" a book on the Saw articles

I don't know whether to be mad or find it flattering that someone is stealing using our content from all the Saw articles to write a book and selling it (without giving credit where credit is due). See here one example Wow. Mike Allen 05:22, 7 August 2010 (UTC)

Um...

.. Hello! —Mike Allen 00:45, 21 February 2011 (UTC)

Heya Mike long time no talk. Hows everything been? I haven't been wiki-ing as much as I had planned. I've been checking the Saw articles regularly though, you're really getting the 3D article up to an FA. You thinking of nominating soon? Good news, I'm sure you noticed my edit, Saw 3D has the highest grossing foreign box office for the entire series! GroundZ3R0 002 20:35, 21 February 2011 (UTC)
Some reason I didn't see your comment on my watchlist.. a week ago. I'm planning on nominating Saw 3D for GA soon... like probably today. :) Yup it seems Saw 3D did bring in the $$! In a few years. Saw: The Bloody Beginning will be released on DVD. LOL. —Mike Allen 02:02, 4 March 2011 (UTC)

May 2011

Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. One of the core policies of Wikipedia is that articles should always be written from a neutral point of view. A contribution you made to American Tragedy (album) appears to carry a non-neutral point of view, and your edit may have been changed or reverted to correct the problem. Please remember to observe this important core policy. Thank you. Please stop changing "mixed reviews" to "mixed to positive reviews". All the notable publications have badly reviewed the album, so it should either be "negative to positive reviews" or just "mixed reviews". Also please refrain from using WP:POV words like "perfect", "very positive", etc. The name dropping of Wu Tang Clan, Nine Inch Nails, Downward Spiral, etc. in the Reception section is also not very neutral in my opinion. Your "Falling in Reverse" drafts

Hi. I have added the {{userspace draft}} template to these and also "commented out" the categories while they are in in user space. I don't know if you are aware that there is quite a history to this one - there have been over 20 attempts to introduce articles about this band, all the variant titles have been salted so that any re-creation will need to do through WP:Deletion review, and there are at least two other userspace drafts around - see discussion of User:Kygora/Falling In Reverse at Wikipedia:Deletion review/Log/2011 June 30. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 09:28, 8 July 2011 (UTC)

My Article

Hey, they semi-restored my article if you would like to see it: User:Kygora/Falling In Reverse--Kygora 20:32, 12 July 2011 (UTC)

Your GA nomination of American Tragedy (album)

The article American Tragedy (album) you nominated as a good article has been placed on hold . The article is close to meeting the good article criteria, but there are some minor changes or clarifications needed to be addressed. If these are fixed within seven days, the article will pass, otherwise it will fail. See Talk:American Tragedy (album) for things which need to be addressed. Falling In Reverse

[Help is Required at this Link.] Let's do this, get this into the mainspace ASAP!--Kygora 23:04, 5 August 2011 (UTC)

I appreciate you going about this the right way. Simply continuing to revert edits will get us nowhere. Anyways.. post-hardcore, pop punk, and metalcore are all thoroughly referenced. Alternative metal, however, is not referenced... at all. The first three genres I mentioned are sufficient for defining the band's music. Claiming that the band is "alternative metal" is original research, it isn't verifiable in any way at all. It needs to be removed. --♫ Chris-B-Koolio ♫ ... (Talk) 19:05, 6 August 2011 (UTC)
  • Falling In Reverse is not Also Known As: From Behind These Walls, they had to change their name from that due to copyright issues and some other band having that name, so "From Behind These Walls" can not be on their Wiki under "also known as" or Alias.--Kygora 05:57, 12 August 2011 (UTC)

The Drug in Me is You

  • I am not 100% sure, but when you say he recieved "Mixed" reviews, i am pretty sure Negative is implied there. so you do not need to put "mixed and Negative"--Kygora 14:44, 27 August 2011 (UTC)

Edit warring

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Falling In Reverse. Users are expected to collaborate with others and avoid editing disruptively.

In particular, the three-revert rule states that:

  1. Making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period is almost always grounds for an immediate block.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you continue to edit war, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. --Chasingsol(talk) 18:56, 7 August 2011 (UTC)

Falling In Reverse article allias edit

Firstly thank you for contributing to the article Falling In Reverse. I have undone an edit you made at 05:54 on the 12 August 2011. The edit was due to changing the bands alias or as they are othwerwise known as. I have removed both From Behind These Walls and FIR. From Behind These Walls in gather from my research that can be justified was the former name before the band adopted the name to officially call themselves as Falling In Reverse they are no longer known as From Behind These Walls. This name had already been adopted by another band due to copyright infringment they have claimed changed there band name during there formation. If you would like to prove the infomation as false and prove the band is as also known as From Behind These Walls as well as Falling In Reverse please cite otherwise of some reference to this. FIR is a abbreviation of Falling In Reverse therefore they cannot be known as an abbreviation. Reverb100 (talk) 17:25, 12 August 2011 (UTC)

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Before saving your changes to an article, please provide an edit summary, which you forgot to do before saving your recent edit to Recovery (Eminem album). Doing so helps everyone understand the intention of your edit (and prevents legitimate edits from being mistaken for vandalism). It is also helpful to users reading the edit history of the page. Thank you. Dan56 (talk) 03:41, 1 September 2011 (UTC)
