Khema Baba

Kheman Baba (खेमा बाबा) (born:1876 AD), Jakhar Gotra Jat, was a social reformer born in village Baytoo Bhopji in Baytu tahsil of Barmer district of Marwar region in Rajasthan. He was a revered person in Rajasthan as well as in Gujarat. There is a temple in village baytu to commemorate him. Fairs are organized every year on magha sudi 9 and bhadrapada sudi 9, in which thousands of people take part known as khema baba ka mela

Temples

He took samadhi on Bhadrapad Shukla VIII in Baytu Bhimji. After this, the fame of your consignments spread not only to Baytu but to the entire Marwar. Temples have become your places of worship all over Malani. Baytu Chimanji , Palaria Dham, Charlai Kalan, Rawatsar, Chhotu, Dharana Dhora, Rateau [3], Auya Gua ki Hodi [4], Jani Ki Dhani [5], Veer Teja Mandir (Bhagat's Kothi) in your temple. Are made. A fair is filled in the temples of Khema Baba on the day of Chaitra, Bhadrapada and Shukla Paksha of the month. Thousands of devotees come to visit his samadhi devta in his Samadhi site Baytu Bhopji.

Redana ka rann (रेडाणा रण)

Redana village is 50 km from Barmer district headquarters and 60 km from Indo-Pakistan border. This village of Gadra Road Panchayat Samiti is also like other villages in border districts. Here too, there is only sand sea far and wide. It is a region with very little rainfall. The temperature here reaches 50 degrees in summers.

Goa of West Rajasthan

The village of Redana is surrounded by mountains. Although there are many villages in Rajasthan in the hilly region, the the soil of Redana has gravel (like smooth soil) about 2 feet below, which absorbs water less than other soil of the desert. Therefore, water gets collected here. This rainy water remains in Redana for about six months. Although in many villages and towns of Rajasthan, the water will be filled for a year instead of six months, but in those villages, that water will be available in the form of a johar, a pond, a river or a lake, whereas the land of Redana is flat. In such a situation, the water here looks like an ocean.

Due to the Redana border district of Barmer, the population here is less than other villages. The place where the water fills it is 10 to 15 kilometers wide. In such a desert, it looks like a Goa sea ( name given by regionals).Although The water is clean and hygienic due to low population reach.

Mahabar Sand Dunes

The Mahabar Sand Dunes are located 5 kilometres away from Barmer. Here people come for the desert adventures like desert safari and camel rides.

Shifting of Dunes with Winds

The desert is sculpted by the winds flowing through the arena and the dunes keep on shifting and changing their positions and designs by the for of wind. the desert is a barren place .

Mahabar sand dunes of Barmer are famous for the desert safaris and camel rides.

In day

The golden sand dazzling in the light of sun rays seem in the day. it reflect most of sunlight and looks golden soil.

At Night

at night the sand changing its colour to grey to the moon light gives a greyish. and also like sea of blue algae

Fairs and Festivals

Every year in the month of march a desert fair or 'mahotsav' is organised in which camel races and camel rides are held. Sanchal Fort

Sanchal fort is situated 8km from Barmer district. It is is a heritage styled hotel, surrounded by sand dunes.

History

Sanchal Fort was founded by Bahada Rao, popularly known as Bar Rao who was a Parmar Ruler, his son Chad Rao ruled Kiradu which was a prominent town then. Chah Rao had two sons, Sodha & Sankhala & he also had a daughter named Sanchiya who became “Sati” is now worshipped as diety at Kiradu Temples, Osian (near Jodhpur) & in Amarkot (present day Pakistan).

Sodha later established Amarkot as his kingdom & went on to rule the Sindh province of Thar and his descents are now called Sodha. The sodha ruled across the entire Sindh Province & the Thar that included parts both from present day India & Pakistan. The story of the protection and assistance extended by the Amarkot Ranas to the Mughal Emperor Humayun when he was escaping the Afghan usurper Sher Shah Suri is popular and it became the birthplace of Akbar, future Emperor of Delhi. Centuries later Jagirdars from Chacharo Pakistan, a principle Thikana of Amarkot migrated to India due to India Pakistan war in 1971 & settled down across the border in Barmer.Hemantcelestial (talk) 04:55, 17 March 2021 (UTC)

Smriti Udyaan Barmer / स्मृति हिल्ली उद्यान

Smriti Udyan also known as Smriti hilly Udyan ( स्मृति हिल्ली उद्यान ) is a Green Park on Hills of Malani, situated on gehoon road in North-west west of barmer headquarter at a distance of 3.2Km from Barmer Railway station and 2Km from Tan Singh circle. It is still under-construction phase. it was first started to develop in 2017 as government announces ₹2.97 Crore budget to Forest department.

places

Here as named it is a park but more many other event like mountain climbing, Desert spot, Artificial pond, Rest point on Hill, sunset View on top and anicuts during rainfall. And there is also 200 species of Cactus are being preserved here for Tourist here.

There is a 2km long adventures path where people can find waterfalls, desert mountain peaks and cliffs.

Khan GS research centre is a educational institute in Patna, Bihar. in which preparation for completion exam like Staff Selection Commission (SSC) , SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination , Union Public Service Commission and other government based examination. It is founded and run by Khan sir real name Faizal Khan. He is became most famous teacher due to his teaching style liked by all students.

Online classes

After lockdown due to covid19 institute run online as well on YouTube channel named as same. Recently the Institute has became viral as the online classes video of Khan sir goes share. The channel is now one of the Fastest growing YouTube Educational channel having 6.6Million subscribers in less than 10 months.

Currently The Institute run both online and offline classes. Offline classes are by Khan sir teaching style the no. of offline students goes beyond 2000. online classes are done on both YouTube and App named khan Gs research institute in which 14 lakhs of students are enrolled. Avicii Tribute Concert 2021 will be held on 8 April 2021 in Friends Arena Solna, Stockholm, Sweden in Avicii's Home town. Avicii was a Dj who suicide 3 years ago on 20 April 2019 .
