Danilo deal
[edit]Hello. About your recent edit on 2014–15 FC Porto season: although Danilo's deal was revealed yesterday, shouldn't his transfer be counted only for next season (in a future 2015–16 FC Porto season)? Regards. Parutakupiu (talk) 13:53, 1 April 2015 (UTC)
Hi. As deal is completed but wiki page yet setup for 2015-16 season, information can then be transferred at beginning of new season.

[edit]Hello, I'm Qed237. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Gary Medel, but you didn’t support your changes with a citation to a reliable source, so I removed it. Wikipedia has a strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. QED237 (talk) 14:54, 16 April 2015 (UTC)

Hello. I noticed this thread on the football project talk page. It looks like you've copied the contents of 2006 Torneo Apertura (Chile) to a new page with a title that would apply to a general article on the topic, not a particular season of the competition. Not sure what you were trying to do, but I'm guessing it might have been a test that went wrong. There's no harm done, I've redirected it to the page Chilean Primera División, which seems like a sensible place to go for a reader looking for the Chilean Apertura. You might want to have a look at the page copying within Wikipedia, which explains when and how we can (and can't) copy content from one page to another. cheers, Struway2 (talk) 21:18, 16 April 2015 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Semi Ajayi
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Semi Ajayi, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Reference errors on 11 September
[edit]Hello, I'm ReferenceBot. I have automatically detected that an edit performed by you may have introduced errors in referencing. It is as follows:
- On the 2015–16 Colchester United F.C. season page, your edit caused an unsupported parameter error (help). (Fix | Ask for help)
Please check this page and fix the errors highlighted. If you think this is a false positive, you can report it to my operator. Thanks, ReferenceBot (talk) 00:16, 12 September 2015 (UTC)
Please use edit summaries
[edit]Hey, one good reason to use edit summaries is to help ensure people understand what you are doing in an edit. For example, you just performed tow edits at bourbon whiskey removing a redundant named reference. It's a good bit of gnomish work. But at first glance, I thought you were just removing refs and was about to revert you when I noticed what you really were doing. A quick summary like "combine redundant refs" would make it obvious and easier for those who watch articles to know what's going on. I would highly recommend you use them. (There is an option under the "preferences" settings to turn on pull down menus with common edit summaries if you don't want to create your own. I use it, and it's helpful.) oknazevad (talk) 13:41, 29 October 2015 (UTC)
