List of largest known stars[edit]

Please do not add Stephenson 2 DFK 1 and/or UY Scuti. They both have very inaccurate estimations of their properties (St2-18 has an extremely uncertain distance of over 50% and an unreasonably low effective temperature (200-300 K below the Hayashi line) which would make the star very unstable and UY Sct has a distance that has effectively been guessed based on its luminosity class) and have been removed per WP consensus.
