Super Series vs. Superseries
[edit]Why have you been making all of these page changes en masse? Have you discussed this with anyone on the talk pages of Wikipedia:WikiProject Badminton? I have never seen any reference to the BWF top flight circuit refer to the event as one word (Superseries), I have only seen then as two words (Super Series), and I'm a bit confused as to why such drastic changes have been made so suddenly.--MorrisIV (talk) 22:11, 20 August 2015 (UTC)
- Could you please explain your reasoning behind all of the drastic changes that are being made?--MorrisIV (talk) 00:33, 24 August 2015 (UTC)
- I reverted all the title back to former and original created. Please discuss before move the title of the article. Change two words to one word doesn't improve anything to the tournament system and only creating chaos only. --Aleenf1 15:26, 24 August 2015 (UTC)
BWF has already changed Super Series to Superseries. You should frequently update and watch badminton events held by BWF to make you enlightened. Warmest greetings Jarmur (talk) 15:35, 9 September 2015 (UTC)\
- While I appreciate that you have begun to engage in conversation I would also appreciate it if you would refrain from snarky language. Any discussion about a change in policy at Wikipedia needs to go through the Talk Page listed above. Also, while others have beaten me to updated BWF related wikipedia pages over the last several months, I have always followed the BWF and their events closely dating back to 2007.--MorrisIV (talk) 00:01, 11 October 2015 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to 2015 BWF Super Series, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you. Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to Ihsan Maulana Mustofa with this edit, you may be blocked from editing. lavender|(formerly HMSSolent)|lambast 02:37, 31 August 2015 (UTC)
Please disregard that revert - for whatever reason, my laptop's touchpad double-clicked on the revert button and reverted your edit whilst attempting to revett another edit. In addition, please restore the additions you made to the article. lavender|(formerly HMSSolent)|lambast 02:41, 31 August 2015 (UTC)
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. — MusikAnimal talk 15:04, 31 August 2015 (UTC)
Proposed deletion of 2015 BWF Superseries Finals
[edit]The article 2015 BWF Superseries Finals has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Unless we can show this has significant individual notability, this brief amount of information should be merged into 2015 BWF Super Series and this title redirected there
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. — MusikAnimal talk 14:07, 1 September 2015 (UTC)
Template:2015 BWF Super Series
[edit]If you want to move Template:2015 BWF Super Series to Template:2015 BWF Superseries, do WP:MOVE. But the redirect Template:2015 BWF Superseries has more than just one line in the page history. Add the following code to the top of the redirect page that is in the way (place the code above the redirection):
{{db-move|page to be moved here|reason for move}}

Don't make templates by cut-and-paste like Template:2015 BWF Superseries, Template:2015 BWF Grand Prix and Grand Prix Gold, Template:Indonesian Masters (badminton), Template:Indonesian Masters Grand Prix Gold, Template:BWF Seasons. Follow WP:MOVE like articles if template names are incorrect. Sawol (talk) 00:43, 8 September 2015 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Redrose64. I wanted to let you know that I undid one or more of your recent contributions to Template:Indonesian Masters Grand Prix Gold because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. --Redrose64 (talk) 16:59, 3 September 2015 (UTC)
Please stop making edits like this. The |name=
parameter must match the actual name of the template. Since the template is Template:Indonesian Masters Grand Prix Gold, the parameter must be |name=Indonesian Masters Grand Prix Gold
- and nothing else. This is so that the little v-t-e links at upper left point to the correct page. --Redrose64 (talk) 08:49, 4 September 2015 (UTC)
OK... Jarmur (talk) 08:54, 4 September 2015 (UTC)
- I have also undone your recent category moves after discussion with one or two other editors. It appears that you are making many unilateral category changes, and it is becoming controversial. You must discuss such changes with members of the appropriate Wikiproject rather than taking it upon yourself to make them unilaterally, and you must get consensus to perform them. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 08:02, 6 September 2015 (UTC)
- And I see that you have undone several of my edits without comment or consultation. Please do not do this. Your editing on badminton subjects has become controversial, and I strongly urge you to discuss such moves with the appropriate Wikiproject before making them again. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 16:27, 6 September 2015 (UTC)
- My apologies if this is too personal, but I believe this may be important. Is English your first language, if not are you fluent? If not maybe we can find an interpreter in your mother tongue?--MorrisIV (talk) 23:58, 7 September 2015 (UTC)

BWF Grand Prix Gold and Grand Prix
[edit]Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been reverted or removed.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor then please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive, until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively could result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you.
Your welcome :) Jarmur (talk) 10:30, 7 September 2015 (UTC)
- You are not listening. If you continue I shall take you to WP:ANI. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 16:13, 7 September 2015 (UTC)

.During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. — MusikAnimal talk 15:03, 9 September 2015 (UTC)
It doesn't matters bro :p I only did it based on the official references. Instead of you are just wasting time only for blocking me, it would be better you block me forever :p have a nice day for blocking Jarmur (talk) 15:20, 9 September 2015 (UTC)
- The references are contradictory. Either way, Wikipedia is a collaborative environment, and disputed changes to articles need to reflect consensus. We're not trying to shut you out entirely, your input is valued and appreciated, you just need to use discussion instead of continually undoing others' edits to restore your preferred version of the article(s). Consensus and cooperative editing is a fundamental backbone of the project, and it is crucial you adhere to this. You have been warned repeatedly, and immediately returned to edit warring once your previous block expired. It should be of no question why you were re-blocked. Thanks for your understanding — MusikAnimal talk 15:31, 9 September 2015 (UTC)
Sorry bro, you are too much talking :D Jarmur (talk) 15:49, 9 September 2015 (UTC)

[edit]Your recent editing history at 2015 Korea Open Super Series shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you get reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.--User:Gmaildamn (User talk:Gmaildamn) 08:16, 10 October 2015 (UTC)
Haha,I am not going to perform an revert any more ,good luck to you!User:Gmaildamn (User talk:Gmaildamn) 08:18, 10 October 2015 (UTC)

[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited 2015 Denmark Open Super Series Premier, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Alex Bruce. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. I have noticed that some of your recent genre changes, such as the one you made to 2015 Indonesia Super Series Premier, have conflicted with our neutral point of view and verifiability policies. While we invite all users to contribute constructively to Wikipedia, we urge all editors to provide reliable sources for edits made. When others disagree, we recommend you seek consensus for certain edits by discussing the matter on the article's talk page. Please stop. You've been warned and blocked for this sort of thing before, and it will happen again if you don't stop making changes to articles without consensus.
