FIFI will be declined again...

...unless you fix stuff, and maybe even then. First, hyperlinks are not allows in the article. Second, the references are supposed to be after content in the article. The program than automatically puts a reference number in the article and the reference itself in the References section. Third, the Additional Organisations section should be deleted.
