Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 2020–21 Premier League, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Jack Harrison. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 05:51, 22 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

January 2024

[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Cinemaniac86. I noticed that you recently removed content from 96th Academy Awards without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Mind you, I think that entire section is complete puffery and fan-fiction to cope with a "traumatizing" real-time incident, but just explain the reasons in some Wikipedia-esque way in the edit summary so that there's some foundation as to why you feel it ought to be eliminated from the article. Thanks. --Cinemaniac86TalkStalk 17:21, 24 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Removing this section was not a mistake. The omission of films and actors from the nominations is a purely subjective assessment. This way we can create infinitely many sections for example: leonadro dicaprio snubs, saltburn snubs, may december snubs, fantasia barino snubs, alexander payne snubs, greta lee snubs, spider man score snubs etc. Wikipedia is not a place to publish your private thoughts Kowalczyk900 (talk) 17:30, 24 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Assists

[edit]

As mentioned multiple times already by myself, Govvy, and GiantSnowman, assists should not be included in football league season pages as per consensus of WT:FOOTY and it is against WP:NOTSTATS. If you wish to re-examine the consensus, you're welcome to contribute your thoughts to the discussion here. I would ask you to self-revert on 2023–24 Premier League and remove the assists section, otherwise I will have to report you for edit-warring as you have removed it already 3 times with not even an explanation (diff 1, diff 2, diff 3). --SuperJew (talk) 18:29, 7 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Dane, które podaje pochodzą z oficjalnej strony Premier League. Nie jest to coś co sobie wymyślam. Jest podany odnośnik do strony i wszystko jest zgodne z polityką Wikipedii. Kowalczyk900 (talk) 18:43, 7 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
No, it is not in-line with policy. See WP:NOTSTATS. There is community consensus not to include assists. See WT:FOOTBALL.
Nie, to nie jest zgodne z polityką. WP:NOTSTATS. Istnieje zgoda społeczności, aby nie uwzględniać asyst. WT:FOOTBALL. GiantSnowman 18:58, 7 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
