1. This is another swarm intelligence algorithm. However, there are many of them and to assess whether one of them is notable requires significant secondary coverag. That is lacking here.

2. I would like to clarify the issue about a conflict of interest. I have put a notice on your talk page.

3. This topic is already mentioned in this article (Search for the section staring with "Glowworm swarm optimization"). Considering the small amount of information here, I would suggest improving the article I mentioned instead of creating a new page.
