July 2016

[edit]

Hello, I'm Jim1138. I noticed that in this edit to Tab Hunter, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Jim1138 (talk) 05:23, 12 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Edit summaries, please

[edit]

Information icon Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Edit summary content is visible in:

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. Thanks! Jim1138 (talk) 05:32, 12 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Your edit to Lust in the Dust

[edit]

Please refrain from removing referenced material from articles, as you did with Lust in the Dust. I have reverted your edit. Critical receptions of films can include negative reviews as well as positive reviews. I see that you keep removing the negative reviews. ExRat (talk) 06:33, 30 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Your continued removal of referenced material.
