This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Serra Project, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.serraproject.org/html/faqs.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 01:10, 5 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Serra Project requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. December 2009[edit]

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Serra Project. Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion, and make your case on the page's talk page. Thank you. Eeekster (talk) 01:35, 5 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Serra Ancillary Care Corporation requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for organizations and companies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Poe[edit]

Hi! There are a ton, a ton, of references on your new article. The magazine references are all very reliable, so you don't appear to have any notability problems. But you also have a whole lot of references to blog-type webpages, not so reliable, which will most likely slide unless someone challenges their accuracy. You appear to have made the same mistake I made when I first started editing on Wikipedia. The apostrophe like symbols that you use to get bold or Italics is not actually on the standard keyboard. It is in the symbol list in Windows, but that is next to impossible to easily use. Just use the tabs for them at the top of the edit page. It would be a good thing if your article had an infobox. I will add a tag for the musician workgroup of the biography project and note the need for an infobox and photograph. Good work. Someone will probably come along soon and tag the article as needing copyediting, but that is the beauty of the project! Then someone will do the copyediting! Happy editing; I for one, are glad you are a Wikipedian! Gtwfan52 (talk) 06:26, 16 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Help: Following the "peacock" promotional language warning, I streamlined and reworded her content to fully adhere to content rules. Indexing[edit]

"Marcom (sometimes spelled "marcomm") is an abbreviation for "marketing communications." Marcom is targeted interaction with customers and prospects using one or more media, such as direct mail, newspapers and magazines, television, radio, billboards, telemarketing, and the Internet."

Marcomgirl, as you are a (correctly) declared paid editor, and as your major concern is that the articles you create be indexed for search engines, it is clear that promotional use of Wkipedia for your clients is your goal. I am more inclined to block your account and delete all the articles you have submitted. It's unlikely you will get much free help from our hard-working unpaid volunteers. The article Jeffrey Drew has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No reliable sources. No in-depth coverage ( mostly only cast and credit listings). A plethora of such sources does not add up to notability per WP:CREATIVE or WP:NACTOR.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Terms of use[edit]

Hi, while I thank you for declaring your affiliation with Sheryl Nields, I want to point out that the terms of use require that you declare for every article that you work on now and in the future where you have been paid. This is part of an amendment that was made to the terms of use by the Wikimedia Foundation in 2014. Please also note that simply complying with the terms of use does not guarantee that an article will meet Wikipedia's inclusion criteria. A guideline that is key to inclusion is WP:N, which also includes the key policy WP:NOT. If you have not already read our guideline on conflicts of interest, I would encourage you to do so as well. TonyBallioni (talk) 02:03, 23 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I appreciate your ensuring that I know the requirements for labeling mg work when paid. Almost everything I ever edited was as a volunteer passionate about my subjects and feeling a great sense ic belonging to a larger ckmmhnity. I suppose if was foolish of me years ago to create a user name as marcomgirl. The discussion about my work, my intentions and gaming the system and only promoting topics for financial gain from paid clients is far ftkncthe truth. I have sat back in paralysis as my contributions for many years were posted for deletion based on a clear double standard as well as mean spirited and with a veiled mysogenistic attitude - that editor can be clearly identified by his posts. This paid request for Sheryl Nields seemed appropriate and I felt that complying as a paid editor would keep me honored for my integrity. I am sure many editors are paid and do not disclose. I am applalled at the clear infighting among editors and with one's intention to block me, I simply do not want to be a part if such an ugly energy. His assumptions are wrong. Marcomgirl (talk) 22:09, 28 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Marcomgirl. I am very sorry for the negative experience you are having on Wikipedia. One point that may be of some help regards the fact that many of Wikipedia's policies have changed since your original creations back in 2009. It's now the case that topics require a lot more coverage by independent reliable secondary sources in order to be permitted an entry in the encyclopedia--i.e. outside media needs to have written about them to establish they are "notable". If you can find and add such sources to those entries, it will go a long way to keeping them from being deleted. Hope that helps. Innisfree987 (talk) 23:29, 28 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
To be clear: this was not a threat. I intentionally worded it neutrally and to be informational. I have expressed my views as to how WP:NOT applies at the AfD, which I feel is the appropriate forum for that discussion, not here. TonyBallioni (talk) 23:37, 28 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Oops I think TonyBallioni and I just editconflicted each other--I was just about to say likewise that you can find some good information on eligibility/notability at the link Tony mentioned above, WP:N. Thanks both. Innisfree987 (talk) 23:47, 28 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
