Nomination of Paris Short Film Festival for deletion

[edit]

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Paris Short Film Festival is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Paris Short Film Festival until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. Shawn in Montreal (talk) 02:41, 11 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

On Vansploitation

[edit]

Hey Mike, welcome to Wikipedia. I'm sorry to raise this concern, but I have a feeling that your newly created article Vansploitation may not mmeet the notability guideline. After searching for sources related to the article I couldn't find any in a Google search. On that note I've proposed it for deletion per WP:PROD. I really hope this doesn't discourage you in the future - and if you've got any questions feel free to leave them on my main account's talk page, User talk:NottNott. Thanks. Proposed deletion of Vansploitation

[edit]

The article Vansploitation has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Lack of reliable sources to establish notability

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. --NawtNawt (talk) 12:57, 27 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Judgement (1992 film), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Kelly Johnson. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

C. B. Hustlers

[edit]

Please check the opening sentence of this new article you created. Deb (talk) 11:49, 10 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you very much for making me aware of that mistake:) By mistake, I wrote the title of a different film of the genre into the opening. Corrected it now.Mike300578 (talk) 11:53, 10 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
