If you want to tag appropriate pages for speedy deletion, please spend some time reviewing Criteria for Speedy Deletion thoroughly so you know what the accepted criteria are for speedy deletion and which namespaces they apply to. You just can't tag a page "Delete" and add your own reason, it must be one of the agreed-upon criteria.
