Copying within Wikipedia requires proper attribution[edit]

Please do not add or change content, as you did at Surat, without citing a reliable source using an inline citation that clearly supports the material. The burden is on the person wishing to keep in the material to meet these requirements, as a necessary (but not always sufficient) condition. Sourcing vs decorating[edit]

Hello. I noticed you recently spent a considerable energy in contributing to lists of twin towns and cities. Sometimes by adding new entries without providing any source: I have erased these. Sometimes by decorating existing unsourced entries with flags: I must remind you that if these entries remain unsourced they will sooner or later be erased, and that thus all your efforts will have been vain.
