Information icon Hello, I'm JMHamo. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Nathan Aké, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source, so I removed it. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! JMHamo (talk) 09:19, 31 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add unreferenced or poorly referenced information, especially if controversial, to articles or any other page on Wikipedia about living (or recently deceased) persons, as you did to Ferran Torres. Thank you. JMHamo (talk) 09:29, 31 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Stats in football players' infoboxes

[edit]

Hello, I'm Jaellee. Welcome to Wikipedia! I just wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Philippe Coutinho were not quite right. When updating statistics within the infobox of a footballer, please make sure you update the timestamp at the same time, so that both readers and fellow editors know when the information was last updated.

You can do this by replacing the existing timestamp within the |club-update= or |pcupdate= parameter for club stats, or the |nationalteam-update= or |ntupdate= parameter for international stats. For articles that use a DMY date format, use five tildes (~~~~~), or for MDY dates, use {{subst:mdytime}}. This will generate the specific time the update was made.

If you have any questions about this, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you, --Jaellee (talk) 06:00, 28 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Again: please update the time stamp. --Jaellee (talk) 21:36, 14 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]
Hello! Voting in the 2020 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 7 December 2020. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2020 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 02:57, 24 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Inter Milan, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Filip Stanković. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:08, 4 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Red Star transfers

[edit]

Hi mate. I'll write you in here as well, to avoid edit wars. Since wiki should be used as an encyclopedia only 100% confirmed sources should be used when making an edit. Here you can find an examples of both valid and invalid sources. And since Transfermarket is user generated (same as Wikipedia) it is not considered as reliable source and it shouldn't be used. For transfers only make edits when there's a transfer confirmation on official website or some reliable news portal (like this for Bakayoko's transfer). All the best! Serbia national football team

[edit]

I want to know why you revert my edits. I have explained why I changed Dragan Stojković Piksi to Dragan Stojković. Now it is your turn to explain to me why you revert. 217.213.118.35 (talk) 14:34, 10 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Would be very nice if you instead of making these changes even more intensively could then stop with them or at least answer regarding the factual question! 217.213.118.35 (talk) 14:43, 10 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I make another attempt here because otherwise you think it is okay to create edit war, why do you think it is so important that the link goes via the redirect Dragan Stojković Piksi instead of directly to Dragan Stojković? In addition, when you do not respond with arguments or motivations when I get in touch here on your talk page, it is difficult to know what to do, request that you become blocked? 217.213.118.35 (talk) 17:26, 10 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Final warning

[edit]

Communication is compulsory on Wikipedia. You need to respond to the IP. If you don't, you'll end up blocked. PhilKnight (talk) 21:38, 10 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know how to do it! Necacar5277 (talk) 21:40, 10 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Can you unblock me from wikipedia and block this person 217.213.118.35 I'll be so grateful if you do! 😁 😁 Necacar5277 (talk) 21:43, 10 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

What have I done to deserve it? The article name is Dragan Stojković and not Dragan Stojković Piksi. 217.213.118.35 (talk) 22:07, 10 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
When the block is over don't go back to reverting without explanation. PhilKnight (talk) 08:15, 11 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours for edit warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  PhilKnight (talk) 21:42, 10 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
