This article has been deleted before, after a deletion discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Tyrel Jackson Williams. See WP:ENTERTAINER for what an actor need to have achieved before having a Wikipedia article, and WP:Your first article for general advice. If you think that Williams now meets the criteria of WP:ENTERTAINER, and can provide references to show it, you should write a draft in your user space - see Help:Userspace draft for how to do that - and approach user Tone (talk), the administrator who closed the deletion discussion, to see if he agrees that you have overcome the reasons for deletion.
