Removing speedy tags

Please stop removing speedy delete tags on Wikipedia, as you did to Fyodor (disambiguation). It is considered vandalism which, under Wikipedia guidelines, can lead to blocks being applied. While Planetary Chaos was right about removing speedy delete tags, the disambiguation page nevertheless didn't qualify for speedy deletion anyhow. But please do keep in mind that if you would like to contest a speedy deletion, you should use the {{hangon}} tag instead just in case one of us admins agree with the deletion proposal.
