[edit]
There have been two problems with this account: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group or a web site, which is also against policy, as an account must be for just one person. Because of those problems, the account has been blocked indefinitely from editing. Additionally, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for your contributions to Wikipedia, you must disclose who is paying you to edit.

If you intend to make useful contributions other than promoting your business or organisation, you may request an unblock. To do so, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use. See Special:CentralAuth to search for available usernames. Your new username will need to meet our username policy. Replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason to be unblocked. In that reason, you must:

  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
If you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal this block. To do so, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page, replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason for thinking that the block was an error, and publish the page. Request reason:

I was unaware that I shouldn't be creating draft articles in my user sandbox, I didnt realize I need to request to create an article. I know am aware of the proper way to create an article and will follow those guidelines. What I had in my sandbox can be deleted! I will also change my username to.a personal account for myself, scarbone is what I will change it to.

Decline reason:

Sandboxes are for creating drafts- that is not the issue. Please review the policies indicated in the drafts; once you have, you may use the unblock template that allows you to formally propose a new username along with your unblock request(the first one, not the second you used here). In your request please describe what it is you will edit about since you won't be allowed to further edit about OpenFin or anything related to your conflict of interest. I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 22:11, 13 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

Thanks for your response - I tried submitting a new ticket through the unblock ticket request detailing the information you outlined but it will not let me submit another request for 7 days. Is there a way to submit before another 7 days?

Decline reason:

As you have access to your talk page, you must request unblock here. Please use the template included in the block notice. Please read the following
Please post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. (Please read and heed WP:COI and WP:PAID)
  • you must indicate what areas of Wikipedia you intend to edit in the future

If you have no interest in editing Wikipedia beyond writing about OpenFin Inc., then you will not be unblocked. If this is the case, I recommend you consider alternative outlets.

(Any other admin should feel free to amend these conditions or unblock at their discretion.)

Hi OpenFin Inc (or soon Sc07), thank you very much for the appeal. Regarding personal knowledge, please note that Wikipedia articles must be based on reliable, published sources. Please describe the intention behind, and the meaning of, "building your credibility on Wikipedia". Thank you very much in advance. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 02:06, 16 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for the info. I understand that articles must be based on reliable published sources. What I meant by building my credibility is working on as creating content, commenting on someone else's content, tagging/citing content all of which would be based off of reliable, wikipedia approved sources.

That username is very similar to "SC2007", which is a scientific conference according to Google. Could you please pick another? I am happy to help with renaming your account, the username just has to represent you as an individual and comply with the username policy. Thanks! --TheSandDoctor Talk 04:45, 23 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
