Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Garry's Mod has been reverted.
Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. I removed the following link(s): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XG8-dcrGNtU. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a media file (e.g. a sound or video file) on an external server, then note that linking to such files may be subject to Wikipedia's copyright policy and therefore probably should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 19:23, 29 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit you made to Garry's Mod has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thank you. The recent edit you made to Garry's Mod constitutes vandalism, and has been reverted. Please do not continue to vandalize pages; use the sandbox for testing. Thank you. ~NerdyScienceDude 19:30, 29 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not vandalize pages, as you did with this edit to Garry's Mod. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. Elassint (talk) 19:32, 29 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. You will be blocked from editing the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with this edit to Garry's Mod. ~NerdyScienceDude 19:45, 29 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked temporarily from editing for abuse of editing privileges. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|Your reason here}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. November 2010

[edit]

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Garry's Mod. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. ~~ Lothar von Richthofen (talk) 21:22, 18 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

No, seriously. Please stop. The links that you keep posting are not reliable sources, as near as I can tell. Even if they were, you are not incorporating them properly. ~~ Lothar von Richthofen (talk)

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Garry's Mod, you may be blocked from editing. ~~ Lothar von Richthofen (talk) 19:42, 19 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, we would like to remind you not to attack other editors, as you did on Garry's Mod. Please comment on the contributions and not the contributors. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. You are welcome to rephrase your comment as a civil criticism of the article. Thank you.

Use the talk page to discuss things, for the love of God. That's what it's there for. ~~ Lothar von Richthofen (talk) 03:51, 22 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Garry's Mod

[edit]

Whether or not you are a manager of garrysmod.com is highly irrelevant. This is the internet; anyone can claim anything under an anonymous name. You do not know what you are doing. If you did know, you wouldn't be including wrongly-formatted links to unreliable Youtube videos. So stop reverting the removals of these videos. ~~ Lothar von Richthofen (talk) 16:54, 21 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I am filing an request for comment on this matter. I will provide you with a link as soon as it is complete. In the meantime, please read WP:RS and WP:CIVIL. ~~ Lothar von Richthofen (talk) 22:51, 22 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

RFC/USER discussion concerning you (Otis1017)

Hello, Otis1017. Please be aware that a request for comments has been filed concerning your conduct on Wikipedia. The RFC entry can be found by your name in this list, and the actual discussion can be found at Wikipedia:Requests for comment/Otis1017, where you may want to participate. If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Julesoogle requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Meaghan [talk] 02:17, 27 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
